Objectives:By investigating the anxiety and quality of life(QOL)of patients with thyroid cancer after operation, the present situation of anxiety and quality of life(QOL)was investigated; To determine the risk factors of anxiety in postoperative thyroid cancer patients; To determine the correlation between anxiety and quality of life(QOL)in postoperative thyroid cancer patients. Methods : From January 2018 to December 2018 in a city of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, the postoperative patients with thyroid cancer confirmed by pathological diagnosis in general surgery(thyroid surgery)were selected as the object of study; The European quality of Life Core scale(EORTC QLQ-C30)of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),was used to investigate the thyroid cancer patients one month after discharge by using the General situation questionnaire and self-rating anxiety scale(EORTC QLQ-C30);SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data. The general data of postoperative thyroid cancer patients were analyzed by descriptive analysis.Univariate analysis of anxiety was performed by chi-square test and nonparametric rank sum test.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used for multivariate analysis. The correlation between anxiety and quality of life(QOL)in patients with thyroid cancer after operation was analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis. Results:Among 173 cases of thyroid cancer,144 cases were female, the prevalence rate was 83.24%,and 29 cases were male, the prevalence rate was 16.76%.The age of onset was mostly from 40 to 60 years old,127 cases(73.41%);The incidence of postoperative special clinical symptoms was dysphagia hoarseness shoulder stiffness(stretch feeling)twitching(numbness)and embarrassment for neck scar in the order of high to low incidence of postoperative special clinical symptoms.Of all the subjects,25(14.45%)had no specific clinical symptoms; The incidence of anxiety was 42.77% and the anxiety score was(49.16 ±7.23).There were 99 patients without anxiety(57.23%),57 patients with mild anxiety(32.95%),15 patients with moderate anxiety(8.67%)and 2 patients with severe anxiety(1.16%);The analysis of the quality of life of the subjects showed that the physical function score was the highest and the social function score was the lowest in the functional collar. In the field of symptoms, fatigue scores were the highest and nausea and vomiting scores the lowest. In a single item, economic difficulties scored the highest and diarrhoea the lowest;Univariate analysis showed that there was a significant difference in the risk factors of anxiety among patients with thyroid cancer after operation with different gender, work status and family income per month(P <0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the sex of the study subjects entered the regression equation; The correlation analysis between anxiety and quality of life showed that the scores of five functional domains(physical function, role function, emotional function, cognitive function and social function)were significantly negatively correlated with anxiety score(r < 0,P < 0.01).The scores of three symptom domains(fatigue, nausea and vomiting, pain)were positively correlated with anxiety scores(r>0,P<0.01).The overall health status scores were significantly negatively correlated with anxiety scores(r=0.592<0,P<0.01),shortness of breath, insomnia, loss of appetite in 6single items(r<0.592,P<0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between the scores of economic difficulties and anxiety(r>0,P<0.01),but there was no correlation between the scores of constipation, diarrhea and anxiety(P>0.05).Conclusion:Anxiety and low quality of life are common in patients with thyroid cancer one month after operation; The factors influencing anxiety of postoperative thyroid cancer patients were gender, work status and family income per month.Among them, the female is the risk factor that affects the thyroid cancer patient's anxiety state after the operation; There was a significant positive correlation between anxiety and functional domains in quality of life(QOL),a significant negative correlation between anxiety and symptoms, and a significant negative correlation between anxiety and all items in a single item except constipation and diarrhea.
