| Objective: By detecting prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin(APTT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(FIB),DD dimer(DD),hematocrit(HCT),and platelet count(PLT)of pre-thrombotic state molecular markers in patients with H-type hypertension, simple hypertension, and healthy subjects,To observe the changes of prethrombotic state in patients with type H hypertension. And analysis the correlation between the content of homocysteine(Hcy)with each molecular markers of prethrombotic state in H-type hypertension group, and discuss the relevant principle,so as to provide evidence for the early diagnosis and treatment of clinical thrombotic diseases. Methods: Selected as a hypertensive patient diagnosed by the diagnostic criteria for essential hypertension in the 2010 Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in China from December 2017 to October 2018 in the outpatient department or inpatient hospital of Cardiology,Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University,Hypertensive patients were treated with blood homocysteine(Hcy)content, blood Hcy>10umol/L were selected as H-type hypertension group, and hypertensive patients with normal blood Hcy were selected as simple hypertension group.Healthy subjects who were selected by physical examination in the same period were taken as the control group. The subjects of three groups were in age, gender composition, height and weight, body mass index, smoking history, blood sugar, blood lipids, liver and kidney function are comparable. All the subjects were given venous blood on the fasting of the next morning, and the PT,APTT,TT,FIB,DD,HCT and PLT were measured. The measured experimental data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 software. The normal distribution is expressed as the mean ±standard deviation(? X ± S),the non-conformity is measured using the median ± quartile spacing(M ± QR),and the data between the three groups is consistent with the normal distribution variance.Using the analysis of variance(F test),further comparisons were made using the Bonfroni test, and the KW rank sum test was used. The count data is analyzed usinga chi-square test. The relationship between Hcy content in H-type hypertension group and molecular markers of prethrombotic state was correlated with Spearman. The difference was statistically significant at P<0.05.Results:(1)The plasma PT,APTT,and TT levels in the H-type hypertension group and the simple hypertension group were shorter than those in the control group, and the FIB,DD,HCT,and PLT values were higher than those in the control group(p<0.05).The time of PT,APTT and TT in the hypertension group was shorter than that in the simple hypertension group, and the FIB,DD,HCT and PLT were higher than those in the simple hypertension group(p<0.05).(2)Correlation analysis showed that Hcy content in blood of patients with H-type hypertension was significantly correlated with changes in molecular markers of prethrombotic state.Hcy content was negatively correlated with PT,APTT and TT,and positively correlated with FIB,DD,HCT and PLT.Conclusions:(1)Patients with H-type hypertension and simple hypertension have a risk of thrombosis, and the risk of thrombosis in H-type hypertensive patients is more obvious.(2)The Hcy content in the H-type hypertension group was correlated with each molecular markers of prethrombotic state, and the correlation was closely related. The plasma Hcy content was an independent risk factor affecting the pre-thrombotic state changes. |
