| Objectives To analyze the level of bone metabolism index and its influencing factors in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and osteoporosis.To provide scientific basis for early diagnosis and prevention of diabetic osteoporosis.Methods193 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of North China University of Science and Technology from September 2017 to June2018 were selected.According to the diagnostic criteria of osteoporosis recommended by WHO in 1994,69 cases were selected as the osteoporosis group and 124 cases as the non-osteoporosis group,of which 62 cases were osteopenia and 62 cases were normal.SPSS22.0 was used to compare the changes of bone formation and bone resorption index between the two groups by independent sample t test.?~2test was used to compare the general data,glycometabolism,lipid metabolism,other laboratory indicators,lifestyle and diabetic complications among the three groups.Multivariate unconditional logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors of osteoporosis in type 2 diabetes mellitus(P<0.05).Results 1 T-test analysis showed that PTH andβ-CTX were increased in osteoporosis group,while 1,25(OH)2D3,PINP and BGP were decreased in osteoporosis group.2Age,course of disease,BMI,FPG,HbA1c,FC-P,2hC-P,TC,ALP,bloodβ2-MG,smoking,sunshine time,exercise time,diabetic nephropathy and diabetic retinopathy were related to osteoporosis by Chi-square test(P<0.05).Between the two groups,2hPG,Fins,2hFins,TG,HDL,LDL,Lp(a),apoA,apoB,Ca,P,urinaryβ2-MG,alcohol consumption,diabetic peripheral vascular disease and diabetic peripheral neuropathy were detected by Chi-square test(P>0.05),which was not related to osteoporosis.3 With or without osteoporosis as dependent variable and with statistical significance as independent variable in univariate analysis,multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that the bone resorption indexβ-CTX increased,while the bone formation index PINP;age,sex,BMI,smoking and diabetic nephropathy were independent risk factors for osteoporosis.Conclusions 1 Bone resorption indexβ-CTX increased and bone formation index PINP decreased in patients with diabetic osteoporosis.2 Old age,female,low body mass index,smoking and diabetic nephropathy are risk factors for diabetic osteoporosis.Figure0;Table19;Reference 136... |
