Design And Research On Mechanical Structure Of Intelligent Drug Selling Machine

With the advancement of China’s science and technology and economic level,the reform of the medical system is also constantly deepening,and the medical conditions is improved.Medical medication is constantly enriched,which is a great challenge to China’s drug circulation.Many of the advanced automation drug selling products have been widely spread,and its technology is relatively developed,however,the domestic products is in the initial stage.Most hospitals or drugstores still use traditional manual dispensing,the efficiency is low,and the labor intensity of medical staff is high.Because the medicines are placed on the shelves without reasonable and dense storage,many resources are wasted.And because there are no pharmacies in many neighborhoods and remote areas,it is difficult to meet the growing demand for drugs,which is an urgent problem to solve.The application and development of intelligent drug sales equipment at home and abroad were studied,and the importance of intelligent drug sales machine structure and automatic drug delivery structure design research was put forward.The whole structure of the intelligent dispenser,the baffle discharging mechanism,the impeller discharging mechanism,the slope storage mechanism and the basket mechanism are designed.Rational planning of tank location and distribution,as much as possible to store more drugs intensively,and each part of the reasonable docking.The movement of drug dispensing mechanism and medicine box is analyzed.The control system of the intelligent drug sales machine is designed.The upper computer adopts the touch computer as the core of control,and the lower computer adopts OMRON PLC as the core of control.It also expounds the corresponding principles and processes of the PC software program and the hardware control of the lower computer,so that the drug sales machine meets the requirements of stability,convenience and intelligence.Figure40;Table3;Reference 42.
