Investigation And Research On The Factors Affecting Staff Satisfaction In Shandong YC Hospital

Under the current circumstances that the country is carrying out the reform of medical system,it is of great significance to find out the Employee Satisfaction Status in county public primary hospitals by means of questionnaire survey on employee satisfaction in County primary hospitals.In this paper,the author adopts the questionnaire online survey platform and Likert attitude scale five-grade scoring method,and designs the questionnaire on the basis of previous questionnaires.By investigating and finding out the existing problems,this paper analyses the important factors affecting the satisfaction of employees in grass-roots hospitals,and then puts forward the direction,suggestions and measures of rectification,which can provide decision-making basis for managers of grass-roots hospitals.Through this survey,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The level of employee satisfaction in hospitals is at a general level.Hospital managers need to pay attention to it and improve the level of employee satisfaction.(2)Salary and performance are the lowest scores in the survey.Hospital managers should actively promote the reform of salary and performance system,and improve the salary and welfare benefits of employees.(3)The hospital should improve and optimize the medical practice environment,scientifically arrange the workload,and build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.(4)The hospital should expand the channels of promotion of staff’s positions and titles,break through the limitations of staffing and posts,and create a good space for personal career development.(5)We should simplify the recruitment process and adopt a variety of ways to introduce professional and technical personnel or high-level personnel.(6)Hospitals should pay attention to the construction of hospital culture.
