Clinical Affects Observation Of Sanzi Wendan Decoction In The Treatment Of Acute Bronchitis In Children With Phlegm-dampness And Lung Accumulation

Objective: By observing the improvement of clinical symptoms of sanzi wendan decoction in the treatment of acute bronchitis in children(phlegm-dampness lung accumulating t ype),the clinical effectiveness of sanzi wendan decoction in the treatmen t of acute bronchitis in children(phlegm-dampness lung accumulating type)was determined,so as to better guide clinical treatment.Methods: This study refers to the diagnosis basis of the Chinese medicine cough,the diagnosis of phlegm and dampness,and the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for acute bronchitis.70 children with the standard are selected,and the children are divided into treatment group and control group b y random number method.Treatment group of 35 cases fall off 3 cases,control group fall off in 2 cases.In the end,65 cases were actually completed,including 32 cases in the treatment group and 33 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with oral orange red cough solution,and the treatment group was given or al Sanzi Wendan Decoction.The primar y and secondar y s yndromes of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the observation scale score was completed.Based on the completed data,the results were anal yzed and compared.Results:1.The phenotypic analysis: After 7 days of treatment,the cure rate was 84.38% in the treatment group and 24.24% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating the overall treatment group.The effect is better than the co ntrol group.2.Comparison within the group after treatment: The difference between the two groups in the main symptom scores(cough degree,cough time,sputum volume),secondar y symptom scores and total scores was statistically significant(P<0.05),indic ating the treatment of the two groups.It has an improvement effect on the main symptoms and secondar y s ymptoms of this disease.3.Comparison between groups after treatment: The difference between the two groups in improving cough s ymptoms,shortening coug h time and reducing the amount of sputum was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was effective in improving the symptoms of the main symptoms.After treatment,the difference between the two groups in the total score of secondar y disease was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the s ymptoms of secondar y disease and s yndrome.Conclusions:1.Sanzi Wendan Decoction is not less than the clinic al efficac y of the control group in the treatment of acute bronchitis in children(phlegm-dampness lung accumulating type),and the higher the rate of treatment compared with the control group,in order to treat this disease an effective prescription.2.Sanzi Wendan Decoction emphasizes that help the righteousness and drive awa y the evil spirits,and the treatment of lack of righteousness and evil spirits at the same time.The application of the "disintegration and elimination method" in the treatment of a cute bronchitis in children(phlegm-dampness lung accumulating type)provides a new treatment idea for this disease.
