Clinical Effect Of Self-made Hypotensive Decoction On Patients With Hyperactivity Of Liver-yang Hypertension

Objective : To assess the clinical curative effect of patients with high blood pressure in the pattern of ascendant Liver Yang with step-down soup,provide theoretical basis for treatment of liver Yang syndrone type hypertension with the method of liver latent Yang,further enrich and perfect hypertension prevention and treatment with traditional Chinese medicine,provide sufficient basis for the clinical application of step-down soup.Methods: This clinical study includes 50 cases,from March 2018 to March 2018.All cases come from cardiovascular outpatients diagnosed cases of Heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital,patients aged 40 ~ 60 years,unisex,western medicine diagnostic criteria forⅠ,low-risk Ⅱ,moderate primary hypertension as the main target of observation,conform to the Chinese medicine "vertigo" and "headache" diagnostic criteria and(or)belongs to the essence of liver Yang syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine certificate,given antihypertension herbal medicinal broth,soup for a course of 4 weeks to observe patients before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinical symptoms,blood pressure condition,the neck thickness and elastic ultrasonic blood vessels changes.Using the SPSS 19.0 statistical software to analyze the results of the data before and after the treatment of patients.Results:1.In the case of a change of TCM syndrome integral,compared with before treatment,after treatment of TCM syndrome total scores and single significantly reduce,the difference was statistically significant(p< 0.05).2.The neck thickness and elastic ultrasonic blood vessels: in the case of a change compared with before treatment,after treatment in patients with cervical ultrasonic thickness and elasticity improved blood vessels,the difference was statistically significant(p< 0.05).3.In the case of a change of blood pressure compared with beforetreatment,after treatment of the patient’s blood pressure drop degree is relatively obvious,the difference was statistically significant(p< 0.05).Conclusion:1.The pressure soup can improve liver Yang syndrone type hypertension syndromes.2.The pressure soup can improve liver Yang syndrone hypertension patients with neck thickness and elastic ultrasonic blood vessels.3.The pressure soup can reduce liver Yang syndrone patients with high blood pressure,blood pressure levels.
