Purpose: Compared the two methods and found out which one was better to treat thedizziness (liver Yang syndrone type).(The two methods: the original point methodof Nazhi combined with the traditional acupuncture and the traditional acupuncture).Method:58cases of dizziness (liver Yang syndrone type) were randomly divided intotreatment group (the original point method of Nazhi combined with the traditionalacupuncture of30cases, the control group (simple the traditional acupuncture) in28cases.Treat the two groups2courses, every10days for a course of treatment, and have1dayfor rest between two courses. The two groups before and after treatment were observed andcompared between the two groups.Results: The effective rate about the original point method of Nazhi combined with thetraditional acupuncture in treatment of dizziness (liver Yang syndrone type) clinical total was90%, the other group was71.43%;the treatment group and the control group before and aftertreatment TCD showed bilateral vertebral artery, basilar artery flow velocity were increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The original point method of Nazhi combined with the traditionalacupuncture in treatment of dizziness (liver Yang syndrone type) clinical curative effect isreliable.2. The original point method of Nazhi combined with the traditional acupuncture in treatmentof dizziness (liver Yang syndrone type) is more effective than the traditional acupuncture.
