| Objective:This study was designed to investigate the clinical effect of rehabilitation on the liver-yang hyperactivity type hypertension patients about Taijiquan Exercise Prescription, explore its influence on the patients’ 24h blood pressure variability index, ET-1 level, NO level and the influence of the quality of life. Taijiquan is to provide a solid and based foundation in theory and practice of hypertension family and the promotion of community rehabilitation therapy. Methods:Based on Excel Rand statement to achieve group, meeting the diagnostic criteria is sixty cases with liver-yang hyperactivity type hypertension patients, grouping into control group and intervention group, each with 30 people. The control group is treated by amlodipine besylate (5mg/d), maintain living habits, while the intervention group is treated with amlodipine besylate (5mg/d) combined with Taijiquan therapy. After 12 weeks of treatment, observation is to see the change in 24h blood pressure variability index, the level of ET-1 and NO,as well as the quality of life scale scores. Results:After 12 weeks of treatment, it is a significant statistical difference (P<0.05) that is found in 24h systolic standard deviation (24hSSD),24h diastolic standard deviation (24hDSD), day systolic standard deviation (dSSD) and night systolic standard deviation (nSSD). There are no statistically significant differences about day diastolic standard deviation (dDSD) and night diastolic standard deviation (nDSD). The level of ET-1 and NO between the intervention group and the control group are a great significant difference (P<0.05). Compared with control group, the intervention group in the quality of life scale scores were significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Taijiquan exercise prescription combined with conventional antihypertensive drugs can significantly reduce blood pressure variability, reduce the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events, effectively prevent the associated target organ damage.2.Taijiquan exercise prescription can be reduced in patients with liver-yang hyperactivity type hypertension the level of ET-1, increasing the level of NO, so as to improve endothelial function.3.12-week Taijiquan exercise can improve physical symptoms, so matization symptoms, sexual dysfunction, sleep, anger or vitality, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, work status, hostile emotional life in patients with liver-yang hyperactivity type hypertension, so as to improve the quality of life.4. For community hypertension patient, on the basis of conventional treatment, Taijiquan could be provided as an important supplementary means of rehabilitation. |
