Study On The Academic Experience Of Ke Li-min,An Outstanding Medical School In Longjiang Medical School

Professor Ke Limin is an outstanding doctor of Longjiang Medical School,engaged in clinical and teaching work for decades,and has noble medical ethics and rich clinical experience.By summing up his concept of medical ethics and clinical experience,refining his main ideas,providing the literature basis for the development of Longjiang Medical School,and guiding the future literature research and clinical practice.At present,Professor Ke Limin’s academic thoughts are mostly simple medical records or distributed small papers,and lack of systematic summary of his academic thoughts.This paper will comprehensively and systematically collate and analyze Professor Ke Limin’s medical works,related medical records and literature,adopt the method of literature retrieval and experience summary,systematically summarize his academic thought,refine his thought and extract his essence.The main content of this paper is divided into two parts: the first part,Professor Ke Limin’s medical biography.This paper mainly discusses his life deeds,medical ethics concept,academic thought traceability and medical works.The second part is Professor Ke Limin’s academic thought and clinical experience.This part will analyze the framework of his academic thought,sum up the characteristics of his prescription and medicine,and discuss in detail his clinical experience in the treatment of low fever,apoplexy,chronic cough,alopecia,divinity disease and edema disease by sorting out Professor Ke Limin’s related medical discussion and medical record,analyzing the framework of his academic thought,summing up the characteristics of his prescription and prescription.It provides a rich theoretical basis for guiding clinical medical practice in the future.In this paper,there are five main points to summarize Professor Ke Limin’s academic experience:(1)the diagnosis and treatment of diseases is always based on the principle of "ambushing their masters and causing their causes first",and fully embodies this principle when distinguishing and treating five more diarrhea types,such as dampness and heat,qi stagnation,blood stasis,spleen and stomach deficiency and cold,spleen and kidney yang deficiency and so on.According to this principle,in the treatment of blood stasis diseases,different qi and blood drugs are used to regulate qi and blood circulation in order to enhance the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and prevent injury and good qi.(2)In order to expand its use and increase its effect,Jinkui Dihuang pill was cut into seven kinds of kidney-qi pill to treat kidney-yang deficiency disease,firewood Hu Jialong bone Oyster soup,and to treat the neuromental disease of liver-gallbladder depression and heat type.(3)Judging and treating febrile disease by machine,starting from the past history,physique,the characteristics of each fever,the four diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine and so on,is flexible to add and subtract the meridian prescription,and the prescription is suitable for the pathogenesis of fever.(4)From the point of view of balancing yin and yang,it is considered that the physique of yin deficiency is the physiological basis of stroke.In the acute stage,the acupoints of dredging meridians and collaterals,unobstructing qi and blood and Liangkai Sanbao were used to treat apoplexy,and the remission period was divided between men and women,and then the self-made nourishing yin and activating blood circulation pills were used.Replenish deficiency and nourish yin,in order to cure disease and seek root,balance yin and yang.(5)Start with the five Zang organs,on the treatment of miscellaneous diseases,through the promotion of lung and spleen,nourishing the liver and kidney,warming and tonifying the kidney yang,soothing the liver and regulating the spleen,nourishing the heart and calming the mind,etc.,to treat the long cough,hair loss,edema,Shenzhi disease and other miscellaneous diseases after exogenous feeling.
