Discussion On The Academic Thought Of Gynecology Of Wang Weichang,A Famous Doctor Of Longjiang Medical School

Purpose and significance: Mr.Wang Weichang is a famous physician of the Longjiang Medical School,a famous Chinese medicine practitioner in Heilongjiang Province,and is known for his good governance in gynecology.At present,the summary of his academic thoughts is mostly presented in the form of disseminated academic articles or simple medical record analysis,which is still lack of systematicness.The purpose of this paper is to comprehensively and profoundly summarize Wang Lao’s academic thoughts on gynecology,provide valuable ideas for clinical practice,and provide a literature basis for the inheritance and development of Longjiang Medical School.Methods: Based on CNKI and school library collections,comprehensively collect and consult documents about Mr.Wang Weichang,including his medical records,lecture notes and published articles,etc.Analyze,summary and sort out by using literature research and speculative methods.And sum up Wang Lao’s academic thoughts,diagnosis and treatment ideas and prescription characteristics of gynecological diseases.Research content: The first part,"A Brief Biography of Wang Weichang’s Life",aims to organize and collect Wang Lao’s growth path,work experience,medical ethics and medical style,etc;The second part,"Academic thoughts of Wang Weichang",mainly includes "researching the classics and advocating the ’Tiangui’ theory","paying attention to the application of ’specimen inverse obedience’ theory","diagnosing and treating gynecology,good at grasping the main symptoms","clinical syndrome differentiation,taking viscera syndrome differentiation as the key link,qi and blood as the key","making good use of warming tonic and tonifying benefit","medication advocates the three-dimensional integration of’qualitative-positioning-orientation’,specializing in quantity and strength,and making good use of the products of flesh and blood".Conclusions: 1.Wang Lao advocated the theory of Tiangui,and created his own "Tiangui Decoction" to treat infertility;Intensively study the "Neijing" and attach importance to the application of the theory of specimen reversal.2.Wang Lao diagnoses and treats gynecological diseases,is good at grasping the main symptoms,and uses the ideas corresponding to prescriptions and syndromes to accurately select prescriptions,expand the application scope of classic prescriptions,and improve clinical efficacy;Wang Lao combined Heilongjiang’s geographical climate,female physiological characteristics and the differences between ancient and modern times to flexibly cut classical prescriptions and time prescriptions,and created many first-time prescriptions.3.Wang Lao’s clinical diagnosis focuses on visceral syndrome differentiation.Among the five viscera,the liver,spleen and kidney are especially important.It is pointed out that if the liver,spleen and kidney are harmonized,many diseases of gynecology can be cured;He emphasizes the differentiation of qi and blood.Qi and blood are diseases,each with its own characteristics.Qi diseases are often stagnant and blood diseases are more stasis.The methods of dispersing stagnation,breaking blood stasis and dissipating stagnation are often implemented to reconcile qi and blood,dispel diseases and treat diseases.4.On the treatment of gynecological miscellaneous diseases,Wang Lao should adjust measures to local conditions,make good use of warming method,and integrate the combination of tonic and tonic to form a great method of "warming,nourishing and benefiting",emphasizing the need to identify the location and nature of the disease and consider the patient.age,constitution,course of disease and other factors.5.Wang Lao is familiar with the properties of medicines,and advocates the three-dimensional integrated medicine of "qualitative-positioning-direction";precise differentiation of syndromes,large dosage and powerful force;good use of flesh-and-blood products to nourish essence and blood,and tonify strange scriptures.
