Professor Chen Dashun's Research On The Prescription Medication Rule Of Internal Medicine Miscellaneous Diseases

Objective: To summarize the application rules of Prof.Chen’s Application Rule and Academic Thought of Treating Medical Miscellaneous Diseases based on Data Mining.Methods:This study collected 514 cases of Professor Chen Dashun in clinical medical records,using the data mining method to summarize the application rules of Prof.Chen’s Application Rule and Academic Thought of Treating Medical Miscellaneous Diseases,and exchange the results with the expert.Results:(1)More than 20 times the frequency of use of traditional Chinese medicine has 84 kinds,of which the highest frequency of use of the15 kinds of Chinese medicinal pinellia,Poria,Radix Astragali,coix seed,Fructus aurantii,almond,licorice,Radix Scutellariae,radix paeoniae rubra,Rhizoma Coptidis,herb stem,Radix rehmanniae,Radix Bupleuri,peachseed,Su Terrier,Chen Lao and the core drug treatment.(2)High frequency drug classification according to the frequency for the tonic,antipyretic,diaphoretic,expectorant and antiasthmatic drugs,blood stasis and dampness,Qi medicine,also including tablet,diarrhea,rheumatism,soothe the nerves,warm,astringent and wet medicine,Chinese medicine covering almost all categories the.(3)The statistics of sexual taste showed that Chen Lao used more drugs with warm and cold sex,which was the main body of symplectic,bitter and sweet.(4)The statistics showed that Chen Lao was mainly used in the treatment of liver,lung,spleen,stomach,heart and kidney.(5)A total of10 drug group clustering statistics: Group C1 drugs are commonly used drugs for reconciliation of Shaoyang,reconcile liver and spleen,and stomach vomiting,flat adjustment of cold and heat,and pungent openness,for common conditions in the spleen and stomach of middle focus;C2 group is a common drug for nourishing the mind and calming the nerves.Treatment of insomnia;Group C3 is a commonly used drug for heat,dampness,and spleen dampness.It is suitable for the treatment of endogenous and damp heat accumulation syndromes in middle-shabu dampness;C4 group is a heat and nourishing medicine for heart and lungs.,Yin yin deficiency,heat endogenous certificate;C5 for heat phlegm,Xuanfei asthma drugs,suitable for Hyperactivity cough,phlegm and heat within the disease;C6,C7 group for liver and kidney,Pinggan Xifeng The combination is applicable to the conditions of liver-kidney yin deficiency,deficiency-heat endogenousness,and liver-yang hyperactivity.C8 group is a commonly used combination of Qi-invigorating,blood-activating,and phlegm-removal.It is suitable for qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome;C9,C10 is rheumatoid,and benefits.The combination of gas-solid table and antiperspirant is applicable to the symptoms of rheumatism and disharmony.Conclusion: Prof.Chen’s medical prescriptions for internal medicine miscellaneous diseases are as follows:(1)Focus on the main machine,focus on the middle coke,specialize in the work;focus on the adjustment of the spleen-gas appendage,taking into consideration the reconciliation of the related organs and organs;(2)Treat the problem with both internal and external organs.Shi: A variety of tonic drugs are used together to replenish the spleen and kidneys.The diseases such as wind,fire,sputum,sputum,dampness,and heat are treated together;(3)Xuanhua qi and make up without stagnation;,Cold temperature and use;(5)Gansu fill in,prescription essentials;(5)according to local conditions.
