| Objective:Through clinical randomized controlled trial,we observed the intervention and control effect of "Liver-benefiting and Blood-nourishing" acupuncture method on the early detection of low myopia, and provided new ideas and references for the prevention and control of early low myopia.Method:In this study,72 subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group(liver-nourishing and blood-nourishing acupuncture plus mirror matching group)36 cases and control group(mirror matching group)36 cases. All subjects received health eye education and guidance at the time of enrollment and were strictly enforced during the study period. The control group received only routine optometry and matching glasses;the experimental group received the self-designed "liver-nourishing and blood-nourishing" acupuncture intervention on the basis of matching glasses, once a day,two weeks as a course of treatment(one day of rest per week),continuous intervention for two courses(one month). The patients were followed up for 2 months. The study period lasted for 3 months. The visual acuity, diopter and ocular symptom scores of the two groups were observed after wearing glasses for 1 month and 3 months.Result:(1)Baseline situation: 70 subjects were included in the study, and 63 subjects were finally completed, including 32 in the experimental group(63 eyes)and 31 in the control group(60 eyes). There was no significant difference in the basic data of age,sex ratio, course of disease and axis length between the two groups before intervention(P > 0.05);the scores of naked eye vision, diopter and ocular symptoms before treatment were similar between the two groups, and there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).(2)Naked eye vision: the naked eye vision of the experimental group was significantly improved after 1 month of wearing glasses combined with acupunctureintervention, the difference was statistically significant compared with the baseline period(P < 0.05);naked eye vision after 3 months of wearing glasses had no significant change compared with the baseline period, the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The naked eye vision of the control group did not change significantly after wearing glasses for 1 month(P > 0.05),and the naked eye vision decreased significantly after wearing glasses for 3 months(P < 0.05).Comparison between groups: After wearing glasses for 1 month, there was no statistical difference in the change rate of naked eye vision between the two groups(P > 0.05);after wearing glasses for three months, the naked eye vision of the control group showed a decreasing trend, the decreasing rate was faster than that of the experimental group, and the change rate of naked eye vision between the two groups had statistical difference(P < 0.05).(3)Refraction: The refraction of the experimental group after wearing glasses for1 month and 3 months did not change significantly compared with the baseline period, the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in refraction between the control group and the baseline period after wearing glasses for 1 month(P > 0.05);the refraction of the wearing glasses group increased significantly after 3 months compared with the baseline period(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the refractive change rate between the two groups after wearing glasses for 1 month(P > 0.05);after wearing glasses for 3months,the refractive change rate of the two groups had an increasing trend, and that of the control group was faster than that of the experimental group, and there was a significant difference in the refractive change rate between the two groups(P < 0.05).(4).Eye Symptom Score: In the experimental group, after 1 month of wearing glasses combined with acupuncture intervention and 3 months after wearing glasses, the score of eye symptoms was significantly lower than that in the baseline period(P< 0.05).The scores of ocular symptoms in the control group after wearing glasses for1 month and 3 months were lower than those in the baseline period, but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Inter-group comparison: After wearing glasses for 1month and 3 months, the scores of ocular symptoms in the experimental group weresignificantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)“ Liver-benefiting and Blood-nourishing ” Acupuncture can improve the naked eye vision of early low myopia patients in a short period of intervention. Its continuation effect is not obvious, but it can delay the decline of naked eye vision.(2)“Liver-benefiting and Blood-nourishing”Acupuncture can slow down the growth rate of refraction in early low myopia patients.(3)“ Liver-benefiting and Blood-nourishing ” Acupuncture can significantly improve the ocular symptoms of early low myopia patients, and has a good continuing effect after treatment. |
