The Research On The Allocation Efficiency Of Medical And Health Resources In Sichuan Province

This paper takes the medical and health resources allocation efficiency of Sichuan province as a research topic,and takes both theoretical and empirical analysis as research methods,from the current situation of health resource allocation in Sichuan province,through the dynamic analysis and comparative study,in Sichuan province and its medical and health resources allocation efficiency in the province were evaluated.The conclusions are as follows: first,the resource allocation in Sichuan province is not balanced and the efficiency of resource allocation is greatly different.Second,technological progress has not played an adequate role in improving the efficiency of medical and health resource allocation.Third,the efficiency of medical and health resources allocation in Sichuan province is the highest in the middle region,then the eastern region and the western region is the lowest.The key problems are as follows: firstly,the scale efficiency is low.Secondly,the low index of technological progress means that it is necessary to promote the overall medical technological progress and innovation in Sichuan province.In addition,the pure technical efficiency index should be improved.Based on the above evaluation and analysis,the author proposes three optimization Suggestions for improving the efficiency of medical and health resources allocation in Sichuan province.That is to promote the rational allocation of medical and health resources between regions and solve the problem of low scale and efficiency;To solve the problem of low technical progress index by promoting hierarchical diagnosis and treatment;By improving the reform of medical insurance payment,the utilization efficiency of medical and health resources can be improved.This study is conducive to promoting the reform of medical and health services in Sichuan province,adjusting the stock of medical and health resources scientifically,realizing the maximization of the utility of medical and health input from public finance,establishing a health service system with reasonable institutions,clear division of labor and complete functions,and promoting the sustainable development of medical and health services.The innovation of this study is that it makes up for the deficiency of the current research on the allocation efficiency of medical and health resources in Sichuan province.The data envelopment method is used to evaluate and analyze the efficiency of medical and health resources allocation in Sichuan province,which provides a broader idea for further study and planning of medical and health resources allocation in Sichuan province in the future.
