Study On Construction Of The Effective Communication Language Model Between Doctor And Nurse Of Rescue Case

ObjectiveThis study intends to research the effective communication between doctors and nurses in emergency situations by means of on-the-spot observation and semi-structured interviews,and to understand their communication expressions in different rescue situations from different perspectives of doctors and nurses,so as to construct an effective communication language model for doctors and nurses in emergency situations,and to formulate a practical instruction manual for effective communication between doctors and nurses in rescue situations(taking the communication between doctors and nurses in the rescue process of 8 to 10 common acute diseases as an example),to guide emergency medical staff to communicate quickly and accurately in different rescue situations in order to achieve accurate,rapid and effective communication in a short time.Methods1.Using the method of on-the-spot observation and semi-structured interview,the outline was drawn up and the doctors and nurses in the emergency department were interviewed to analyze the problems and related factors in the communication between doctors and nurses in the rescue situation,so as to establish a practical instruction manual for the communication between doctors and nurses2.We form the initial content of the effective communication practical instruction manual for the communication between doctors and nurses in emergency rescue situation using literature review and Delphi method,combined with the results of semi-structured interviews,and then the practical instruction manual was formed through two rounds of expert consultation.3.We educated the medical staff in the emergency room through teaching and simulation to compare the effectiveness of communication between doctors and nurses before and after the intervention.Results1.The factors that affect the effective communication between doctors and nurses in emergency rescue situation are lack of professional accomplishment,insufficient staffing,numerous interfering factors,quality of doctor-nurse relationship,difficulty in training and learning,changeable terminology,etc.2.The application of practical instruction manual showed that the cooperation between doctors and nurses improved significantly before and after the training of the manual.The scores of the information communication of patients,decision-making process of jointly participating in treatment or nursing and the doctor-nurse relationship were significantly higher than before(P<0.01).The scores of the nurse and the medical staff within 5 years were higher than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion1.The communication between doctors and nurses in emergency situations needs to be improved,and the language should be improved according to the standard communication language model.2.The practical instruction manual for effective communication between doetors and nurses constructed in this study can improve the cooperation and communication between doctors and nurses.3.The construction process of the practice instruction manual of medical communication in emergency rescue situation suggests that the education should be suitable for clinical practice,scientific and practical,and should be revised dynamically according to the needs of medical staff.The manual can be scenario simulation scripts and self-learning textbooks for medical staff.
