| Objective: The clinical efficacy of modified Wuyu Sini decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(spleen-stomach deficiency cold type)was observed by this study,and its clinical value was evaluated objectively.Methods: 72 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 36)and control group(n = 36).The treatment group was treated with oral Chinese medicine modified Wuyu Sini decoction,and the control group was treated with oral Chinese patent medicine Weifuchun tablet for 6 months.And observe and record the two groups of patients before and after the treatment of TCM syndromes,endoscopic histopathology examination changes,after the end of the treatment to analyze and evaluate the treatment results.Results:In the course of this study,there were 3 cases in the treatment group and 4 cases in the control group,a total of 65 cases completed the trial.The results showed that the total effective rate was 84.85% in the treatment group and 59.38% in the control group,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P < 0.01).The total effective rate of the treatment group was87.87%,the total effective rate of the control group was 53.13%,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P < 0.01).After treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvement of gastric mucosa atrophy.In the improvement of intestinal metaplasia,the two groups had the same curative effect,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups.In terms of safety,there were no adverse reactions in both groups during the course of treatment.Conclusion: "modified Wuyu Sini decoction" is effective in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen-stomach deficiency cold type,whether it is to relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients or to prevent the progress of CAG disease.Even partial reversal of gastric mucosal atrophy and intestinal metaplasia have achieved good results. |
