under the background of new medical reform,the reform of hospital performance improvement is imperative.The new medical reform clearly proposed to reform the hospital salary system,and to decouple the doctor's income from the higher proportion of the people's fees such as drugs,consumables,inspection fees,and the doctor's salary,which had a great impact on the traditional hospital performance management.Based on the implementation of quasi-cost accounting,this paper mainly studies how to make the performance indicators give priority to performance and give consideration to fairness as far as possible,and how to distribute according to work,get more for more work and get better for better work,which has become a new problem faced by the current hospital performance management research.The author chooses N hospitals as the main body of research,and on the basis of literature research,summarizes the theoretical support and practical experience at home and abroad for public hospitals to carry out performance management reform,and uses the methods of experience summary and questionnaire survey to analyze the problems and reasons in the performance management index system of N hospitals.Selecting the representative and comparable performance management index system of F hospital as the reference index,matching its department settings and hospital operation,we can draw on the improvement ideas and strategies that N hospital can draw lessons from.We put forward that taking department as accounting unit,separating performance salary from file salary,working quality and economic income.Specific implementation countermeasures such as phase-to-phase conversion.This study provides some suggestions for improving the clinical,medical and technical administrative departments of N Hospital.While improving the existing performance index system of N hospitals and promoting the improvement of operating efficiency of N hospitals,it is hoped that it can provide modification and reference value for the performance reform of similar hospitals.
