Voluntary blood supply is the main way of blood supply for clinical use in our country at present, blood shortage will cause many medical treatment projects to be unable too carry out normally, many valuable lives will be lost due to blood loss.As a special existence, voluntary blood donation takes its own blood as a gift to others,so that life can continue. Therefore, the influencing factors of blood donation behavior are studied and explored, and the mobilization mechanism of blood donation is particularly important.Based on the theory of planned behavior, this paper tries to construct a structural equation model to explore the main factors affecting the voluntary blood donation behavior of the public in Kunming,to analyze the differences of factors affecting the participation of different occupational groups in voluntary blood donation, and to explore the mechanism of blood donation mobilization suitable for the public and different occupational groups,in order to publicize the voluntary blood donation, the mode of transmission, incentive measures and the recruitment of voluntary blood donors provide theoretical basis in Kunming.Structural equation model test results showed that the variance of blood donation intention explained by attitude, subjective social norm and perceptual behavior control was 83%,the variance of blood donation behavior explained by both intention and perceptual behavior control was 5%,and the variance of blood donation attitude explained by traditional blood culture and historical blood donation system was 22%.The model has a good explanatory power for the public’s voluntary blood donation behavior. The results showed that attitudes towards blood donation(0.086),subjective social norms(0.789),perceptual behavior control(0.054)had different effects on blood donation intention(0.130)and blood donation behavior, and attitudes towards blood donation behavior had significant statistical significance on satisfaction(0.843),blood donation knowledge(0.773),profit perception(0.764)and health(0.733);Subjective social norms have significant statistical significance on instruction requirements(0.858),behavior propagation(0.814)and social responsibility(0.618);perceived behavioral control has significant statistical significance on self-efficacy(0.905,0.792).Therefore,in order to improve the public’s intention to donate blood and the possibility of successful implementation of blood donation,it is necessary to enhance the public’s enthusiasm attitude towards blood donation,a strong sense of subjective social norms and perceived behavioral control, must enhance his satisfaction, knowledge of blood donation, perceived benefits, health impact, instructions, behavioral communication, social responsibility and self-efficacy.In addition, there are also significant differences in satisfaction profit perception, health impact, blood donation knowledge, behavior dissemination, instructions and social responsibility among different occupational groups. It is necessary to increase incentives for blood donation, interpret publicity policies for blood donation, popularize knowledge of blood donation, and improve the safety of blood donation for different occupational groups. The mobilization mechanism of blood donation should be adjusted. |
