| Objective: To study the basic situation of residents of Shenyang City participating in blood donation activities without compensation,analyze the willingness and reasons of residents of Shenyang City to participate in blood donation without compensation,understand the knowledge of residents of Shenyang City on blood donation knowledge,and explore the factors that affect the knowledge awareness of blood donation and knowledge of blood donation.Provide good data support and scientific basis for the unpaid blood donation work in Shenyang.Materials and methods: A self-designed questionnaire was used to collect the data from the people who participated in voluntary blood donation in Shenyang City from July to August 2018.The general demographic characteristics,blood donation willingness,blood donation willingness,and knowledge of blood donation in Shenyang City were collected.Using Excel software to establish a database,SPSS13.0 software for statistical analysis.Result: 1.In this study,1,700 questionnaires were issued,1,573 effective recovery questionnaires and 92.5 % effective recovery rates.From July to August 2018,748 men,47.55%,and 825 women,52.45% were surveyed in Shenyang City.The respondents aged from 21 to 50 years old accounted for 71.3%,among which 672 were from 21 to 30 years old,43.1%,and 439 were from 31 to 50 years old,28.2%.A large number of people with high and middle school education,accounting for 68.25%,524 students have middle school education accounting for 33.71%,499 students have high school education,accounting for 32.11% of them;From the perspective of occupation distribution,there were 269 civil servants,accounting for 17.51%,359 students,accounting for 23.37%,and 507 self-employed,accounting for 33.0% among the people participated in this survey.2.The reasons for residents in Shenyang City to participate in unpaid blood donation mainly include giving love to others,enjoy preferential blood treatment,others mobilize,individual health,free physical examination,souvenirs and other reasons,giving love is the main reason,accounting for 59.9% of the total.The main reasons affecting unpaid blood donation include age nonconformity,lack of time to know where to donate blood,fear of hurting,family members to prevent blood donation from infectious diseases,and violence from hospital blood stations,etc.Among them,615 people,accounting for 55.0% were not eligible for voluntary blood donation because of their age.3.The main reasons that affect unpaid blood donation include age incompatibility,lack of time,ignorance of blood donation place,fear of pain,family prevention,and thought that blood donation would infect diseases,think of hospitals Blood stations seek violence from them.The survey of blood donation by family members participating in the survey showed that 1,037 people had a history of blood donation by family members,accounting for 68.2 %,and the remaining 356 people had no history of blood donation by family members.1147 people supported family members to participate in blood donation without compensation,accounting for 75.0 %,274 people did not support family members to donate blood,accounting for 17.9 %,and 109 people were not sure whether they supported family members to participate in blood donation without compensation.1117 people are willing to actively promote blood donation,accounting for 73.5 %,284 people will not actively promote blood donation,accounting for 18.7 %,and another 119 people are not sure whether they are willing to actively promote blood donation.4.The results of investigation on knowledge of blood donation by questionnaire respondents in Shenyang showed that Shenyang City has a high rate of knowledge about the appropriate age for blood donation,whether it is necessary to check before blood donation,blood donation interval,whether blood donation affects health,and blood donation requirements for weight.The knowledge about the physical status of blood donation,the pre-blood donation dietary requirements,the correct blood donation institution,and whether blood donation can be donated during the physiological period,the knowledge rate exceeds 50 %.The rate of awareness of whether blood donation is possible after drinking,whether hepatitis B people can donate blood,whether myopia 800 degrees can donate blood,reasonable diet after blood donation.5.The results of the analysis of factors affecting the residents of Shenyang City’s unpaid blood donation show that: different gender blood donation willingness is different Men’s willingness to donate blood is higher than that of women(P<0.05),There are differences in the willingness of people of different ages to donate blood(P<0.05),18~30 years old people have a higher willingness to donate blood.The influence of blood donation among people of different levels of education is different(P<0.05).The willingness to donate blood was highest among people with primary school education.People with different home addresses have different willingness to donate blood(P<0.05).There are differences in the willingness of different occupational groups to donate blood(P<0.05).Civil servants and workers have a higher willingness to donate blood.6.Analysis of the factors influencing the knowledge cognition of free blood donation in Shenyang city showed that the gender,age,educational level and occupational distribution of the questionnaire did not affect the overall knowledge of blood donation knowledge in Shenyang city.The knowledge of blood donation knowledge varies among people of different ages.The knowledge of blood donation knowledge of people in the 30~50 age group is generally higher than that of other age groups(P<0.05).The knowledge awareness rate of blood donation was different among people with different levels of culture.The knowledge of blood donation knowledge of people who donated blood without compensation in different household registration situations is different(P<0.05).There are differences in the knowledge awareness of blood donation among people with different marital status(P<0.05).There are differences in the knowledge of blood donation among different professions and groups of people who donate blood without compensation(P<0.05).Conclusion: The proportion of men and women in the survey group was similar,with more age groups between 20 and 30 years old,and more than 60 % of the population with high school and high school education.The occupational distribution was dominated by staff.The overall knowledge of blood donation knowledge of the survey crowd was 54.0 %.The main reason for participating in blood donation without compensation was love.The main reasons that affect unpaid blood donation are fear of pain and lack of time.Gender,age,education,and occupation have an impact on the behavior of unpaid blood donation.20 to 30 years of age,junior high school education,staff blood donation rate is higher.Factors such as gender,age,educational level,and occupation have an impact on the knowledge and knowledge of different blood donation. |
