| Objective: in this study by comparing the ginseng antler capsule unclogged arteries and gingko leaf capsule for the treatment of chronic brain(CCCI)in patients with mild cognitive impairment and clinical curative effect of observation,to evaluate ginseng antler vein capsule in treatment of chronic brain clinical safety and efficacy of mild cognitive impairment,and to improve the quality of survival in patients with mild cognitive impairment of traditional Chinese medicine to provide new ideas.Methods: 60 patients with chronic cerebral blood insufficiency and mild cognitive impairment who visited the department of encephalopathy and the department of geriatrics in shanxi hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from April2017 to August 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,30 cases each for comparison.The control group was treated with ginkgo biloba capsule.After 90 days of treatment,scores of Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA),daily living ability scale(ADL),social function activity questionnaire(FAQ)and TCM syndrome were compared between the two groups.All data were analyzed by SPSS20.0.Results:1.Total score of TCM syndromes: after the course of treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes of the two groups decreased before and after treatment,with significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),and the comparison between the two groups after treatment showed that the intervention group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05),with statistically significant results.2.Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA): after the treatment,two groups of patients before and after treatment of MoCA reduce total integral,within the group are significant difference(P < 0.05),the comparison between the two groups after treatment in patients with intervention group is better than that of control group(P <0.05),and two groups of patients after treatment of MoCA and integral(language),comparison between group intervention group is better than that of control group(P <0.05),and the results were statistically significant.3.Daily living ability(ADL): after the course of treatment,there was no significant change in the total ADL score between the two groups before and after treatment,and no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),and the results were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).4.Social function activity(FAQ): after the course of treatment,the total FAQscore of the two groups before and after treatment was not significantly changed,and the difference between the two groups was not significant(P > 0.05),and the result was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion: ginseng shenrong tongmai capsule can effectively improve patients’ MoCA total score and language delayed memory ability in subitems,but has no obvious improvement in daily life ability and social function activities.It can effectively improve TCM symptoms without obvious adverse reactions in treating CCCI mild cognitive impairment,which is kidney deficiency of qi and blood stasis arrest. |
