Objective: Through the comparison of wound healing rate and bacterial clearance rate between the experimental group and control group,observe the clinical efficacy of Fu Chun San Ⅰcombined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(r b-b FGF)on the treatment of residual burn wounds.Methods: patients with residual burn wounds who were treated in the Department of Burns and Plastic Surgery,Tangshan Workers’ Hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 as the research objects.They were divided into experimental group and control group.21 cases in the experimental group treated with Fu Chun SanⅠcombined recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(r b-b FGF)method,The control group of 21 cases,the treatment method for application for recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor conventional dressing therapy.Two groups of patients were in the initial experiment,7 days,14 days,21 days and 28 days by digital photographic camera paralleled to the wound(ruler was placed beside the wound).Using Image J image analysis software to measure the wound area,calculate healed wound area,and calculate wound healing rate.The healing rate=(the original area-residual area)/original area×100%.Both two groups of patients were documented at the Before treatment and after treatment line wound secretion bacteriological culture,count the positive strains and compare bacterial clearance rate.The bacterial clearance rate =(removal bacteria number/initial bacteria number)×100%.When the experimental group and control group each phase of wound healing rate and bacterial clearance rate were compared,to see whether apply different treatment clinical curative effect of two groups of patients.Using SPSS17.0 statistical software to analysis the wound healing rate and the bacterial clearance rate.Count datac2test,Small sample count da-ta using Fisher exact probability method,Measurement data using mean ± standard deviation((?)±s),Measurement data between the two groups were compared by group t test.P<0.05 for the difference is statistically significant.Results: 1 the wound healing rate: After clinical trials confirmed that the experimental group in after 7 days,14 days,21 days,28 days each time point of the wound healing rate are higher than the control group,and P<0.05,the difference has statistical significance.2 Bacterial clearance rate of wound:42 patients with wound secretion culture conditions,7 days after treatment,the experimental group patients overall bacterial clearance rate was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.After 14 days of treatment,the bacterial clearance rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.After 21 days of treatment,the bacterial clearance rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Test results show that the experimental group patients overall bacteria clearance in the treatment of wounds after 7 days,14 days,21 days were higher than the control group patients with wound overall bacterial clearance rate,and the difference had statistical significance.Experimental group patients with wound healing rate is higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:1 Using Fu Chun SanⅠ combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(r b-b FGF)treat the residual burn wounds,can romote new epithelial growth,increase the rate of wound healing,shorten hospitalization time,can be used as an effective method to treat the late hum remnant wounds with the.2 Using Fu Chun SanⅠ combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(r b-b FGF)treat the residual burn wounds,Can effectively less wound secretion and strong antibacterial function.3 Using Fu Chun SanⅠ combined with recombinant bovine basic fibrob-last growth factor(r b-b FGF)treat the residual burn wounds,curative effect is better than alone topical application of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(r b-b FGF).
