Clinical Study On The Effect Of Dange Decoction Combined With Sitagliptin Phosphate/metformin Hydrochloride Tablets On Islet Function In Newly Diagnosed Obese Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective Discussion on Dange Decoction Combined with Sitagliptin Phosphate/metformin Hydrochloride Tablets on Islet Function in Newly Diagnosed Obese Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.Methods 60 cases of obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selecte d in the Department of Endocrinology,Jiangmen Wuyi Hospital of TCM,Janu ary 2017 to June 2017,which were in accordance with the standard.The rand omized control principle was divided into two groups,namely,the treatment gr oup and the control group.The control group was given the Sitagliptin Phosph ate/metformin Hydrochloride Tablets(Sitagliptin 50 mg combine with Metformin 500mg)Po bid.In the treatment group to Sitagliptin Phosphate/metformin Hydro chloride Tablets(Sitagliptin 50 mg combine with Metformin 500mg)as the basic treatment on the basis of joint Dange Decoction(by Nong Benfang granule p reparation,14.7g/ times,2 times /d,two service points sooner or later,warm water soluble.After taking 3 months of treatment).Before and after treatment w ere observed in obese patients with type 2 diabetes and syndromes of TCM,a nd C peptide in the blood,insulin level,Hb A1 c,FPG,2HPG,blood routine;a ccording to blood glucose,C peptide,insulin level and insulin resistance index was calculated by the formula(Homa-IR),insulin sensitivity(Homa-IS),the f unction of beta cell insulin(Homa-β)levels between before and after treatment.Results 1.There was a significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the clinical symptom score before and after treatment(P<0.05),which was statistically significant,and the improvement of clinical syndrome score was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group;2.In terms of body mass index(BMI),the body mass index(BMI)in the two groups of the treatment group and the control group decreased,and the trend of the treatment group was closer to the normal level;3.In the Hb A1 c,FPG and 2HPG,two groups of patients compared with significant difference,and the two groups after treatment were compared between the two groups,there was obvious difference(P<0.05),with statistically significant,the treatment group blood sugar decreased to the normal level;4.In terms of insulin level and C peptide,there was a statistically significant difference in insulin level and C peptide between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of C peptide in the treatment group was more obvious;5.There were significant differences in insulin resistance(HOMA-IR),insulin sensitivity(HOMA-IS)and islet beta cell function(HOMA-β)in all groups(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05),and the difference was significant;6.There was no adverse reaction between the treatment group and the control group during several months of treatment.Conclusions It is an effective way to improve the function of the islet of the patients with the combination of Dange Decoction and Sitagliptin Phosphate/metformin Hydrochloride Tablets to treat the newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients with deficiency of qi and yin and Stagnation of blood stasis.
