| Objective:To compare the clinical curative effeect of governor-directed moxibustion for rheumatoid arthritis,and to provide an optimized treatment plan through scientific and standardized clinical research design,and to provide clinical application of rheumatoid arthritis for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with external treatment of Chinese medicine objective basis.Methods:The patients were divided into three groups according to the random number table design and 34 cases.Among them,8 cases were shed,and 32 cases were included in the Tong-du moxibustion group,30 cases in the Tong du moxibustion group and western medicine group and ordinary box moxibustion group.The difference is statistically significant(all P<0.01).There is a significant difference between Tong du moxibustion and the other two groups,indicating the efficacy of tong du moxibustion group.It was significantly better than Western medicine group and ordinary box moxibustion group;the difference between normal box moxibustion group and western medicine group was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that ordinary box moxibustion group was better than western medicine group.2)Comparison of the scores of three groups of joint tenderness:before and after treatment of tongdu moxibustion group,ordinary box moxibustion group and western medicine group(all P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;between the three groups:the symptoms of joint tenderness before the treatment For comparison,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no clear moxibustion group after treatment(P<0.05).Western medicine group was superior to the other two groups.Conclusion:1.All three therapies can treat rheumatoid arthritis,and governor moxibustion therapy is superior to the other two groups.2 The governor moxibustion therapy has a prominent effect in relieving joint swelling in patients with iheumatoid arthritis.3.Inspect the moxibustion operation
