Clinical Study Of Moxibustion Qiangjian Points On Patients With Preclinicai Rheumatiod Arthritis

Objective: There were 4 subjects in the drug group and 4 subjects in the moxibustion group who were limited by time,region and epidemic situation.Finally,there were 16 subjects in the moxibustion group and 16 subjects in the drug group.Methods: 32 patients with pre-RA were freely divided into two group.The drug group(16 cases)was given total glucoside 0.3g once,three times a day.Moxibustion group(16 cases)received moxibustion treatment at Zusanli(bilateral),Guanyuan,Mingmen,Yanglingquan(bilateral)and Ashi point,and had a rest for 6 days.Each course of treatment lasted for 4 weeks,with a total of 2 courses.Joint symptom score,TCM symptom and sign score,anti-CCP antibody,RF,hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-1,IL-6 levels,postoperative adverse reactions and long-term efficacy were observed in both groups.Results: 1.Making a comparison with pre-treatment,the levels of anti-CCP antibody,RF,hs-CRP,IL-6 and joint symptom score in the moxibustion group were increased after treatment(P < 0.05),the levels of TNF-α and IL-1 not lead to measurable improvements(P>0.05),the levels of anti-CCP antibody,RF,hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 and joint symptom score were improved in the drug group after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05),IL-1 levels were not significantly improved(P>0.05).2.Making a comparison with pre-treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms of the two groups were obviously decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and there was no difference between the two sets after treatment(P<0.05).3.Comparison of the effective rate,the total effective rate of the moxibustion group was 87.5%(14/16),and the gross effective rate of the drug group was 81.25%(13/16),and there was no ciear difference in the two groups(P>0.05).4.The adverse reaction ratio was 18.75%(3/16)in the drug group,it was 0%(0/16)in the moxibustion group,and the adverse reactions of the two groups were less(P>0.05).5.At the 6th month of follow-up,the effective rate of the moxibustion group was 68.75%(11/16)and that of the drug group was 43.75%(7/16).The levels are almost the same(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Moxibustion and total glucoside of paeony can both reduce the level of immunoinflammatory indicators and improve the symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with pre-RA,and there is no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two.2.The internal factors of moxibustion group may be related to moxibustion strengthening point to enhance immunity and improve synovial inflammation state of RA.
