| Objective: STC is a chronic functional intestinal disease that is common in clinicians, and patients tend to constipate in constipation, constipation, constipation and abdominal distension.Clinical constipation, lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome is not rare, the main cause of spleen and lung are empty,so the treatment in the spleen and lung qi at the same time,to achieve "lung and intestine together".Based on many years of clinical experience and guided by the theory of "lung and large intestine are opposite to each other",the tutor created the prescription of "invigorating qi and relieving bowels" to treat constipation. The clinical efficacy of this prescription and its influence on the expression of aquaporin 3 and 8(AQP3 and AQP8)were further analyzed and evaluated. Methods: Sixty patients with STC were selected and randomly enrolled into the observation group and the control group with 30 patients in each group. The patients were instructed to give general treatment(drinking more water, maintaining a regular life, etc.)by themselves. On this basis, the observation group was treated with yiqi tongfan prescription, while the control group was treated with lactulose orally for 30 days. After the course of treatment, the changes in fecal trait score, clinical symptom score, colon transport test,AQP3 and AQP8 were compared to explore the efficacy. Results: Effective rate: the total effective rate of the observation group(yiqi tongbian prescription)and the control group(lactulose)was 96.67% and 83.33%,respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05)by summarizing and calculating the research results of the observation group(yiqi tongbian prescription)and the control group(lactulose).Clinical symptoms: before and after treatment, the differences in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of defecation difficulty between groups(P>0.05),and the scores of remaining symptoms were improved. The observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Pac-qol scale: the difference between the two groups in 4 dimensions before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the improvement in quality of life was more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).Quantitative expression of AQP3 and AQP8: after treatment, the expression levels of AQP3 and AQP8 were reduced, and the expression levels of AQP8 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Colonic transport: the number of excretion at 48 h and 72 h and the excretion rate at 72 h were compared between the two groups, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group after treatment. Conclusion: Both this prescription and lactulose are effective in the treatment of STC,while the overall effect of traditional Chinese medicine is better.Based on the analysis of the above results, this prescription improved the clinical symptoms of patients with defecation difficulty, slow defecation, abdominal fullness and other symptoms, accelerated intestinal transmission, and improved the quality of life of patients, while the expression of AQP3 and 8 was down-regulated.It has confirmed the rationality of "lung and intestine together" treatment and the effectiveness of yiqi tongbian prescription in clinical treatment, which may be related to the down-regulation of AQP3 and 8 expression levels. |
