Clinical Observation Of "Huayu Tongbian Decoction" In The Treatment Of Slow Transit Constipation (blood Stasis Type)

Purpose:Professor Yu Yongzhen has been engaged in the clinical,teaching and research of traditional Chinese medicine anorectal medicine for more than 20 years.After many years of clinical practice,Professor Yu Yongzhen has conducted in-depth and meticulous research on slow transit constipation,suggesting that treatment should be based on treatment.Constipation is the standard and should be "blood-smelling".Therefore,the hypothesis of the secret pathogenesis of "long illness,blood stasis,sputum venom damage" was put forward.A new method of "blood-activating blood stasis,detoxification and collaterals" was proposed for slow-transmission constipation of blood stasis syndrome.The application of the “Invigorating Tongqiao Decoction”in the hospital agreement has been clinically applied and achieved remarkable results.Materials and Methods: From January 2017 to October 2018,66 patients who had been treated in the anorectal clinic of Liaoning Provincial Anorectal Hospital,the third hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,were treated with slow transit constipation.They were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group and the control group were each 33 cases.The treatment group was given oral administration of Fanghuayu Tongbian Decoction,and the control group was treated with oral Maren soft capsule.The clinical efficacy was observed before and after treatment.2 weeks for 1 course of treatment,2 clinical courses to end this clinical observation.After 4 weeks of withdrawal,the patients were followed up to investigate whether the constipation had recurred.The main symptoms and overall symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the symptoms were scored.SPSS21.0 software was used for system analysis to observe the improvement of constipation.Results:1.33 patients were treated with oral administration of Fanghuayu Tongbian Decoction,2 patients were shedding,33 patients were given oral Maren soft capsules,2 patients were shedding,and 31 patients were observed in the above two groups. 2.The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 87.01%,77.42%,P<0.05,with significant difference,statistically significant,total symptoms before and 2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,4 weeks after stopping the drug.The score control P<0.05,there was a significant difference,and it was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Professor Yu believes that slow-transmission constipation is more common in clinical blood stasis.Treatment should be based on treatment,constipation is the standard,and should be “blood-activating blood stasis”.Therefore,the hypothesis of the secret pathogenesis of "long illness,blood stasis,sputum venom damage" was put forward.2.Professor Yu proposed a new method of slow-transmission constipation for blood stasis syndrome,"blood-activating blood stasis,detoxification and collaterals".3.The clinical effect of the slow-transfer constipation in the treatment of blood stasis syndrome was significantly improved in the prescription group of Fanghuayu Tongbian Decoction.The patient’s pain symptoms were significantly improved,the quality of life was greatly improved,no side effects,and the recurrence rate was low.4.Professor Yu believes that patients with slow transit constipation are often constipated due to constipation and mental stress,and even depression.In the treatment of constipation patients with blood circulation and phlegm,they should actively cooperate with patients’ own care and appropriate psychological counseling and drugs.Treatment,clinical efficacy is better.
