| ObjectiveThe present aimed to understand the current situation of anxiety, coping style and psychological resilience of patients with facial trauma in different periods, and to analyze the relationship between anxiety, coping style and psychological resilience of facial trauma patients in different periods by using plastic surgery, and to explore the psychology of patients with facial trauma.Relevant factors of resilience,in order to provide a scientific basis for early targeted interventions.MethodsThis study selected 120 patients with acute facial trauma and facial scar repair from July 2017 to August 2018 in a hospital for plastic surgery.According to the post-traumatic visit time, the patients were divided into three groups: less than 7 days,7 days to 3 months, and more than 3 months. For patients with acute facial trauma who were treated within 7 days after trauma, the patients were sutured with plastic repair technique. For patients with facial scars from 7 days to 3 months, depending on the condition of the wound, lasers, injections are used to repair the scars.Since the scar stabilization period is 3 months, multiple scars and repairs are performed for scars of more than 3 months.Questionnaires were evaluated in the three groups of patients before treatment and 7 days,1 month, and 3 months after treatment.Data analysis was performed using SPSS 17.0 software. The continuous data is described by means of mean and standard deviation, the discrete data is described by frequency and percentage. The variance analysis of repeated measures was used to compare the psychological resilience, anxiety and coping style of patients with facial trauma at different times.Multivariate analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis.Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore correlation.Results1.120 people were surveyed, including 66 males,55%,and 54 females, accounting for 45%.The average age of this population is 26 ± 6 years old.The common injury site for facial trauma is the cheek, accounting for 38.3%.Most of the injuries were caused by 53 people living in the city, accounting for 44.2%,followed by traffic accidents, accounting for 43.3%.The type of injury was mostly contused, accounting for 45%.2.The effect of scar healing after plastic surgery in patients with facial trauma less than three months was better than that of patients with more than three months(P<0.01).3.There are widespread anxiety problems in patients with facial trauma.Among them, patients with facial trauma greater than 3 months were mainly mild anxiety, accounting for 70%.4.Patients with facial trauma generally adopt avoidance coping styles,in which patients with tra uma less than 3 months take more coping styles after plastic surgery, and patients older than 3 m onths take more than 7 days before plastic surgery and plastic surgery.5.Patients with facial trauma gradually increased their psychological resilience after undergoing plastic surgery.Patients with facial trauma less than 7 days were significantly more flexible than t hose from 7 days to 3 months and more than 3 months(P<0.01).6.The level of psychological resilience of patients with facial trauma was positively correlated with coping style(r=0.434,P<0.05),and negatively correlated with avoidance and yield response(r=0.379,0.459,P<0.01),and There was a significant negative correlation between anxiety level an d scar healing(r=0.647,0.575,P<0.01).7.The main influencing factors of psychological resilience in patients with facial trauma before and after plastic surgery:(1)gender;(2)laceration;(3)anxiety level;(4)avoidance coping style.8.The main influencing factors of psychological resilience of patients with facial trauma after 3months of plastic surgery:(1)gender;(2)laceration;(3)anxiety level;(4)degree of scar healing.Conclusion1.Patients with facial trauma generally have anxiety problems, and those with facial trauma gre ater than 3 months have a higher incidence of anxiety.2.The level of psychological resilience of patients with facial trauma is at a low level.Gender, type of injury, level of anxiety, coping style, and degree of scar healing are the main influencing factors of the level of psychological resilience in patients with facial trauma.3.The level of psychological resilience of patients with facial trauma was positively correlated with coping style, and negatively correlated with avoidance, yielding coping style, anxiety level an d scar healing degree. |
