China’s plastic surgery market is huge,and people’s demand for facial plastic surgery is increasing day by day.Currently,facial plastic surgery is a high-precision,high-risk clinical treatment technique.Since the patient’s face cannot be evaluated objectively and quantitatively before surgery,surgery cannot demonstrate the effect of postoperative plastic surgery,doctors rely solely on professional knowledge and experience during the operation,doctors cannot accurately quantify facial data,lack of objective and effective guidance for surgery,it is very easy to lead to unsatisfactory results or even failure of the operation.Therefore,the software that can simulate the expected effect of micro plastic surgery and provide visual micro plastic data can effectively provide the success rate of plastic surgery.This paper studies the key technologies of three-dimensional face shaping software,including three-dimensional face reconstruction technology,three-dimensional face editing and evaluation technology.Three-dimensional face editing aims to accurately and effectively simulate the effect of micro-surgery and the evaluation technology provide guidance.Finally,the calculation method of plastic surgery area and volume is studied,which provides the doctor with objective surgical indicators.The specific content includes:Firstly,reconstruction of 3D facial model:The discrete point cloud data is constructed by the depth image obtained by the structured light camera.The 4PCS algorithm and the ICP algorithm are used for the discrete point cloud data to perform coarse and fine registration respectively.After gridding,the face model adopts an improved loop fine.The sub-smoothing algorithm improves the reconstruction accuracy.Experiments show that the reconstruction accuracy of the reconstruction algorithm designed in this paper is less than 0.6mm compared with the real face,which can meet the accuracy requirements of the later virtual software.Secondly,3D facial editing and evaluation:The editor first uses the Poisson algorithm to make the model grid watertight,editing operation realizes face pickup through bounding box theory,the editing operation realizes the rotation and translation of the face model through the Ascall algorithm.Finally,a finite element method is designed to effectively control the deformation of the face mesh.The evaluation operation uses the Dlib library to extract key points,or interactive tags.Evaluation operation introduces a variety of medical aesthetics strategies,and compares the geometric features formed by key points with the medical aesthetics strategies to determine whether the face meets the medical aesthetics standards.Thirdly,3D facial data measurement:The software is based on the Open CVSharp development kit to achieve simple selection of the elliptical area of the face;The selection of the arbitrary complex shape area is realized interactively by the hot core feature method;The area and volume of the arbitrarily selected area are calculated by the slicing method and the finite cloud segmentation method respectively.Finally,the software is based on the above theoretical foundation,it uses the Unity3D engine to realize the key functions of the 3D face virtual facial shaping software on the PC side,including editing,modification,evaluation,and data measurement.Finally,experiments are designed to verify the accuracy of data measurement.The measurement error of geometric features is 0.458mm,and the area and volume are 0.65mm~2 and 0.74ml respectively,which meets the basic medical indicators.The actual case test shows that the software is easy to operate,it has good interactivity and perfect functions.Through preoperative three-dimensional scanning and three-dimensional simulated plastic surgery,it assists the preoperative design of facial plastic surgery and compares the postoperative results,which is helpful to guide plastic surgeons to design surgical plans.The software can also calculate the area and volume of the selected area of the face to provide doctors with accurate values and improve the success rate of surgery.
