Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Fuyuankang capsule combined with risperidone in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia, and to provide a reliable and systematic research basis for the development of efficient and safe compound traditional Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of schizophrenia, and for the exploration of a new therapeutic target system and its clinical application.Methods:120 patients with first-episode schizophrenia who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases). There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The treatment group was treated with Fuyuankang capsule combined with risperidone tablets, while the control group was treated with risperidone tablets alone.during the treatment period, the patients in both groups were given routine nursing care in psychiatry for 8 weeks(56 days).Using negative symptoms scale(SANS),positive symptoms scale(SAPS),positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS),Clinical General impression scale(CGI-SI),TCM Epilepsy(Schizophrenic)Efficacy Evaluation Scale was used as the evaluation index to observe and record the changes of scores before and on the 14 th,28th and 56 th days of treatment, and evaluate their clinical effects;Compare the symptoms scale(TESS)scores in the two groups of treatment and compare the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:(1)The main results were as follows: comparison of total effective rate:after 8 weeks of intervention, the total effective rate was 93.0% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups in the curative effect of western medicine(χ 2 =9.015,P<0.05),and the total effective rate was 93.0% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine, the total effective rate was 91.2% in the treatment group and 74.5% in the control group. There was a significantdifference in the curative effect between the two groups(χ 2 =6.613,P<0.05).(2)Comparison of Psychiatric Evaluation scale:1.(SANS)Score of Negative Symptom Scale: compared with before treatment, the SANS score of the two groups decreased significantly on the14 th,28th and 56 th day after treatment, and the SANS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.(SAPS)Score of Positive Symptoms Scale: compared with before treatment, the SAPS score of the two groups decreased significantly on the14 th,28th and 56 th day after treatment, and the SAPS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.(PANSS)Score of Positive and Negative Symptoms Scale: compared with before treatment, the individual score and total score of PANSS in the two groups were significantly lower on the 14 th,28th and 56 th day after treatment(P<0.05).The single score and total score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).4.Compared with before treatment, the CGI-SI scores of the two groups on the 14 th,28th and 56 th day after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the CGI-SI scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of curative effect of TCM: compared with before treatment, the scores of TCM Epilepsy(2017 version)in the two groups were significantly lower on the 14 th,28th and 56 th day after treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of TCM Epilepsy(2017 version)in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group on the 14 th,28th and 56 th day after treatment(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of drug safety:1.There was no significant difference in TESS score between the two groups on the 14 th day of treatment, but on the 28 th and 56 th day of treatment, the TESS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant.2.The incidence of adverse reactions was 8.77% in the treatment groupand 30.91% in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ 2=9.105,P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Fuyuankang capsule combined with risperidone was effective in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia, and the total effective rate of Chinese and western medicine was significantly better than that of the control group.2.Fuyuankang capsule combined with risperidone could significantly improve the mental symptoms of patients with first-episode schizophrenia, and the overall curative effect and individual score were significantly better than those in the control group.3.Fuyuankang capsule combined with risperidone can significantly improve the TCM syndrome of patients with first-episode schizophrenia, and the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine is obviously better than that of the control group.4.Fuyuankang capsule combined with risperidone was safe in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia, and the safety was significantly better than that in the control group.
