Research BackgroundWith the aging of China's population,the demand for medical care services has gradually increased,and the family care function has been weakened.Institutional pension has become the main way to alleviate the pressure on the"four-two-one"and"four-two" family pensions under the new situation.Improving the level of nursing care for the aged care workers and the level of old-age care services has become a serious problem facing China's response to the aging process,Research ObjectiveThis study will explore the basic situation of the elderly nursing staff in Wuhan's old-age care institutions,the training of medical and nursing services,and the work from the perspective of how to cultivate excellent nursing care talents and how to attract and retain excellent nursing care talents in the context of medical and nursing.Satisfaction analysis,providing ideas for service standards,management supervision and establishment and improvement of the old-age service,providing reference for standardizing and improving the training and introduction mechanism of nursing staff in the old-age service industry,with a view to improving the aged care of the aged care service industry The service level of personnel provides multi-level,professional and personalized service content for the elderly,thus improving the quality of life of the elderly.Research MethodsThe research methods used in this study include expert consultation,in-depth interviews,questionnaires,and statistical methods(descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,Chi-square test,rank test,and decision tree model).Research Contents(1)Analysis of the basic situation of nursing care workers in Wuhan City,through the field research and questionnaire survey to understand the basic situation of the elderly nursing staff in Wuhan.(2)Analysis of professional skills training of institutional nursing staff in Wuhan,investigate the status and needs of professional skills training of institutional nursing staff in Wuhan,and explore the knowledge and related factors of medical nursing combined with nursing knowledge.(3)Evaluation of job satisfaction of institutional nursing staff in Wuhan,including analysis of factors affecting job satisfaction of nursing staff based on decision tree model and job satisfaction scores of nursing staff.Research Results(1)In the basic situation of personnel,the current structure of nursing care workers in Wuhan is unreasonable,mainly married women,and the age is too large,and the level of culture is low;the salary of institutional old-age nursing staff is low,and the mobility of personnel is large;The supply capacity of personnel is insufficient and the service content is single.(2)In the training of skills,the training system for institutional nursing staff is imperfect and lacks relevant education;the demand for skills training is strong,but the level of demand is low;the nursing staff of different characteristics have different mastery of various nursing skills.(3)Job satisfaction,job satisfaction is related to the basic attributes of the nursing staff;job satisfaction is related to the satisfaction of the nursing staff in all dimensions of the work;the nursing care staff have different job satisfaction in each dimension.Research Conclusion(1)Under the background of medical and nursing,this study studies the management mode of medical care for foreign nursing staff,and provides reference for exploring the development model of old-age nursing staff in line with China's national conditions.(2)In the training of skills,the training system for institutional nursing staff is imperfect and lacks relevant education;the demand for skills training is strong,but the level of demand is low;the nursing staff of different characteristics have different mastery of various nursing skills.(3)The decision tree model is used to analyze the job satisfaction of the nursing staff,reflecting the decision-making process of the nursing staffs satisfaction with the work,helping the old-age institutions to find out the internal relationship between the nursing stafifs satisfaction with the factors,and reasonably predicting the institution's aged care.Human resources situation.(4)In response to the above situation,several suggestions are made:first,give full play to the government's leading role,increase support and input;second,improve the education system and training system for aged care services;and third,improve access thresholds.Strictly hold certificates and strictly verify qualifications.Fourth,build a layered service system for aged care,and build a unified service operation specification and evaluation system.Fifth,strengthen the management of institutional caregivers.
