| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Yiqi Yangyin Runchang Fang in the treatment of diabetic constipation on the basis of clinical treatment of western medicine,and to explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Yiqi Yangyin Runchang Fang on diabetic constipation.To provide strong evidence support for the effective use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic constipation in clinical work.Methods: In this study,a total of 64 diabetic constipation patients who met the diagnostic criteria were collected,all of them were outpatients and inpatients in the Department of Endocrinology,Hubei Province traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.The patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into test group(n= 32)and control group(n = 32).The two groups of patients with the original basic treatment unchanged,the control group was given Bentong capsule oral,the test group was treated with Yiqi Yangyin Runchang Fang.Seven days as a course of treatment,a total of 8courses of medication,in the course of the study.During the course of the study,the experimenters visited regularly and paid close attention to the improvement of symptoms,adverse reactions andblood sugar during the treatment,record and make statistical analysis in detail.Results:(1)There were no adverse reactions such as diarrhea and vomiting during the treatment,and no significant changes in blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver and kidney function,blood lipid and electrocardiogram were observed before and after treatment.(2)A total of 64 cases were collected in this trial,32 cases in the test group,2 cases of shedding,including 1 case of lost follow-up,1 case of withdrawal,the number of final effective cases was 30;and 32 cases of control group,1 case of shedding,the number of final effective cases was 31.(3)There was no significant difference in age,sex distribution,course of disease,severity of constipation,symptom score and blood sugar between the control group and the test group(p﹥0.05),so there was comparability between the two groups.(4)The total effective rate of constipation in the test group was 93.33%,which was higher than that in the control group(74.19%),there was significant difference between the two groups(p﹤0.05),suggesting that the curative effect of the test group was better than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in Wexner score between the two groups before treatment(p﹥0.05);There was significant difference in Wexner score between the test group and the control group before and after treatment(p﹤0.01),and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(p﹤0.05),that is to say,the effect of the test group on the Wexner score was better than that of the control group.(5)There were significant differences in TCM symptom scores between the test group and the control group before and after treatment(p﹤0.01),indicating that both the test group and the control group were effective.After 8 courses of treatment,there was a significant difference between the test group and the control group in single symptoms of TCM(p﹤0.05),among them,the symptoms of defecation weakness,fatigue,lack of breath,laziness,thirst and liking drink were compared,p﹤0.01,and the symptoms of dry stool,yellow urine and weak waist and knee were compared,p﹤0.05,indicating that Yiqi Yangyin Runchang Fang could improve the TCM symptoms of diabetic constipation patients.The curative effect of the test group was better than that of the control group.(6)There were significant differences in fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups after treatment(p ﹤ 0.01),suggesting that blood glucose in both groups had been improved;there was significant difference in 2-hour postprandial blood glucose between the test group and the control group after treatment(p﹤0.01),that is to say,the improvement of 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the test group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion: 1.Yiqi Yangyin Runchang Fang has the effect of invigorating Qi and nourishing Yin,moistening intestine and relieving constipation.It can reduce Wexner score of constipation in diabetic constipation patients and improve their quality of life.2.Yiqi Yangyin Runchang Fang can improve the symptoms of diabetic constipation,such as dry stool,weak defecation,drymouth and throat,fatigue,lack of breath and laziness,hot flashes and sweating,and improve the overall efficacy.3.Yiqi Yangyin Runchang Fang can significantly improve blood sugar in 2 hours after meal. |
