Clinical Curative Effect Observation On The Yiqi Runchang Powder Treatment For Functional Constipation Of Qi Deficiency And Intestinal Dryness Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Runchang Powder treatment for functional constipation of qi deficiency and intestinal dryness Syndrome.Method: According to the order of treatment,60 patients who belong to the functional constipation of qi deficiency and intestinal dryness Syndrome diagnostic, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Each group has 30 cases.The treatment group was given Yiqi Runchang Powder, the control group was given Qirong Runchang oral liquid, 4 weeks for a course of treatment. Before and after treatment.Observe and record the change oftwo groups of clinical symptoms. The efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared and analyzed. In order to observe the long-term effect of the two two groups,follow-up the patients who is cured and effective in treatment, was conducted one month after treatment.Results: 1.The total effective rate of the two groups was compared, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%. After statistical analysis, the total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05), which indicated that the treatment group was superior to the control group. 2. Two groups can significantly improve the clinical symptoms. The treatment group in improving defecation interval, anorexia is better than the control group(P<0.05). But in improving the stool character, defecation, fatigue and other aspects, two groups of treatment effect is similar(P>0.05). 3. Colon transmission test showed that the two groups of drugs can promote the promotion of colon content, the effect of Yiqi Runchang powder better than the control group(P<0.05).4. The follow-up was 1 month, the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 20%, and the control group was 28%, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). 5. The Yiqi Runchang Powder that was used in the process of clinical application, was found no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion: Yiqi Runchang Powder in the treatment of functional constipation(qi deficiency and intestinal dryness Syndrome) has good clinical curative effect.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with functional constipation and there was no obvious adverse reaction during the test.
