Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Yangxue Runchang Decoction In The Treatment Of Functional Constipation In Middle-aged And Elderly Patients With Deficiency Of Qi And Blood

Objective:By comparison with Qirong Runchang oral liquid group,to observe the clinical curative effect of Yiqi Yangxue Runchang Decoction in the treatment of Qi and blood deficiency type of functional constipation in the middle-aged and elderly,to analysis the changes of clinical primary and secondary symptom scores before and after treatment,and to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of Yiqi Yangxue Runchang Decoction in the treatment of this disease,to provide clinical basis for the application of the party.Methods:From July 2016 to September 2017 the deficiency in middle-aged and elderly patients with functional constipation in 60 cases of deficiency in Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital outpatient anorectal blood in accordance with the inclusion criteria,according to the treatment sequence number table after the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each.Withdrawal were analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software,in order to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety.The treatment group was given the decoction of traditional Chinese medicine,nourishing blood,nourishing blood and moistening intestine soup orally,and the control group was given the oral liquid of the Chinese patent medicine,Astragalus Runchang orally.After 2 courses of continuous treatment(2 weeks for 1 courses)in two groups of patients,the changes of the clinical main and secondary symptom scores,the adverse reaction and the recurrence of the drugs after 4 weeks and 8 weeks after the treatment were recorded,and the related data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 software.Results:1 、 Clinical Efficacy:After treatment,there was a significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P=0.038<0.05),and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2、The score of clinical symptoms:(1)Comparison in group:The difference between the two groups in improving the total score of clinical symptoms,the integral of clinical symptoms and the score of clinical symptomswas statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);(2)Compared with the control group,there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05)in improving the degree of difficulty of defecation,the stool character,the interval of defecation,the pale Rhizoma Bletillae and the laziness and laziness.In terms of improving defecation time,shortness of breath,fatigue and dizziness,the two groups had similar therapeutic effects.3、The Long-term Effect:After 4 weeks and 8 weeks after the end of the treatment,the two groups of patients were followed up and observed that the two groups had a statistically significant difference in the recurrence rate(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.4 、 Safety:There was no statistical difference between the two groups of routine monitoring indexes before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no drug allergy reaction and serious gastrointestinal discomfort.Conclusion:The clinical comprehensive effect and long-term effect of Yiqi Yangxue nourishing intestinal soup treatment group were better than that of the control group.It was not only effective in curative effect,economic safety but also no obvious adverse reaction,which has clinical application value.
