Professor Li Lie-rong’s Experience In Treating Infertility Of Older Women Based On Data Mining

Objective:This research system combed Professor Li Lie-rong’s treatment of infertility in olderwomen,and retrospectively analyzed the symptoms,syndromes,treatment sandmedications of Professor Li,explored new combina tions,and summarized theexperience of the instruct or in the treatment of infertility in older women and the idea of medication,gavefull play to the advantagesand characteristics of TCM gynecology in advanced in fertility,and can also provide areference for the drafting of guidelines for the treatment of infertility TCM in older women.Method:All cases were from 39 years of infertility in the elderly women who were treated by Professor Li Lie-rong from the Department of Gynecology,Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2016 to August 2018.Atotal of 280 medical recordsand 280 prescriptions were included.Through the use of the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Heritage Aided Platform System"(V2.5),The frequency statisticsand association rulesand complex system entropy cluster analysis of 280 cases were used to summarize and analyze the clinical experience of Professor Li Lie-rong’s treatment of infertility in older women.Results:A total of 88 symptoms were included in this study,mainly with backache,premenstrual breast pain,and fatigue;The main types of syndrome are deficiency of kidney essence,liver qistagnation,spleen qi deficiency,liver and blood deficiency,and "reinforcing kidney and soothing liver and streng thening spleen" for its treatment.Interms of medication,a total of 89 Chinese herbal medicines are involved,mainly Wenpinggan,and the main liver and kidney spleen,Most of the qi,yang,and blood drugs.The top 10 flavors with higher frequency are Angelica,Cuscuta,Radix Pseudostellariae,Epimedium,Atractylodes Rhizome,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rehmannia,Yam,Cistanche,and Radix Astragali(Astragalus and Radix Astragali).The drug pair with a confidence level of 1,the drug group is dodder-Cistanche,DodderCistanche-Pseudostellaria,Dodder-Cistanche-Epimedium,Dodder-Cistanche-P seudostellariae-Epimedium.The parameter correlation degree is set to 7 and the penalty degree is 2.Using the method of complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering to mine the new party2:Whitepeony-scorpionscorpion-staghorncreamscorpion-Eucommia,odder-safflower-epimedium-Taizishen-Bupleurum-rehma nniaroot;2 new prescrip-tions before menstruation:Whitepeony-cassiatwigfragrantscent-rawscutell-aria-scorpionscorpion-scorpionscorpion,corpion-saffl ower-epimedium-mint-Taiziinseng-Bupleurum;Menstrualperiod new party 3:Clam shell-licorice-glutinous rice-white peony,Saponin-platycodon-coix seed-rehmannia,Safflower-platycodon-coix see d-rehmannia-peach kernel.Conclusion:1.The clinical symptoms of infertility in older women are not obvious.When symptoms appear,the main symptoms are backache,premenstrual bloating and fatigue.2.Dirty dysfunction,lack of blood is the root cause of infertility in older women;clinical evidence on the role of kidney,liver,spleen and dysfunction in the pathogenesis of the disease.3.the basic Dafa is warm and warm,qi and spleen Soothing the liver and nourishing the blood;conforming to the characteristics of the menstrual period,the "time-adapted" thinking,pre-menstrual tonifying the kidney and regulating the liver,menstruating and regulating the liver and regulating blood,after the qi and kidney spleen,each has its own focus.4.Clinical prescriptions are especially congenital and qi,good at combining modern medicine,combined with disease and syndrome;medication is light and peaceful,warm and not dry,warm and refined;prescriptions attach importance to compatibility,dynamic and orderly.
