Therapeutic Effect Of Self-Made Phlegm And Fenthion In The Treatment Of Menopausal Syndrome (Kidney Deficiency And Liver Stagnation Syndrome)

Objective:In this study,patients with menopausal syndrome(kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome)were selected as subjects,and the clinical efficacy of the combination of fentanyl and fentanyl in the treatment of the disease was observed and compared.Effective Chinese medicine prescription;At the same time,by detecting the changes of serum FSH,LH,E2 before and after treatment in the two groups of patients,to understand the effect of self-made aging on the relevant serum sex hormones.Methods : Patients who were diagnosed with menopausal syndrome(kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome)were enrolled in the Department of Gynecology,Department of Gynecology,Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December to December 2018,2017.Eighty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomized to a random number table.For the control group and the treatment group,40 cases each.The control group was treated with fenflutine.The treatment group was treated with self-made phlegm and fenfluramine.Three courses were used continuously.The kupperman score,TCM syndrome score and laboratory index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)Comparison of clinical efficacy: According to kupperman score,the total effective rate of the control group was 92.5%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was97.5%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the TCM syndrome score,the control group always had The efficiency was 85%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.5%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(2)Comparison of individual symptoms: According to the kupperman score and the TCM syndrome score,the two groups of patients had similar effects in the improvement of hot flashes and sexual life,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the other 11 kupperman were improved.The differences between the single symptom and the 8individual TCM syndromes were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the treatment group in improving these symptoms and syndromes.(3)Comparison of laboratory indicators: serum FSH and LH of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),serum E2 was significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05);comparison between groups,control There was no significant difference between the group and the treatment group in down-regulating serum FSH,LH and up-regulating serum E2(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were equally effective in improving hormone levels.(4)Self-made aging can reduce the side effects of fentanone,and the combination of the two drugs for the treatment of menopausal syndrome(kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome)can improve the safety of treatment and improve clinical efficacy.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of self-made phlegm and fentanyl in the treatment of menopausal syndrome(kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome)is significant and safe,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
