Clinical Study On Jiangtang Decoction Combining Metformin Treating Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Accompanied By Phlegm And Dampness Syndrome Of Early Stage Of Type-2 Diabetes

Objective : Diabetes is the most common disease in the Department of Endocrinology.In recent years,the incidence of diabetes has a growing trend,endangering human health and causing serious consequences to family and society.This topic is to treat early diabetic patients This study is to treat early diabetic patients with two deficiency of spleen and kidney by observing FPG,2hPPG,HbA1 c,TG,TC.The aim is to make better control of blood sugar in early diabetic patients and delay the occurrence of diabetic complications.Methods:1.A randomized parallel control study was conducted to collect 72 patients who met the standard in the Hospital of Shanxi University of TCM.They were divided into experimental group and control group randomly.2.The experimental group were treated with and the control group were given“metformin hydrochloride enteric coated tablets” The Jiangtang recipe will be taken twice a day by mixing with two hundred millilite boiling water.The metformin will be taken third times each day with 250 mg.3.After 3 consecutive months treatment,observing and recording the numbers of symptom score and laboratory integral,then we will compare tthe efficacy of two cases.Results:1.After treatment,the symptoms of the experimental group were better than those before(P < 0.05),and the curative effect of all the symptoms in the experimental group was better than that of the control group.2.After treatment,the FPG,2hPPG,HbA1 c,TG,TC,HOMA-IR in two groups were all improved compared with those before treatment.3.The comparison of the two groups after the treatment was statistically significant(P< 0.05).The results showed that the comprehensive effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control groupConclusion:The application of Jiangtang recipe is effective in the treatment of early diabetic patients.It can effectively improve the character of patients,reduce blood sugar and lipid and improve insulin sensitivity,and no serious adverse reactions have been found.It can be further applied in clinic.
