Observaition Clinical Effect Of The Cold Congealing And Blood Stasis Type Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Treating By Sanhantongluotang Decoction

Objective:To objectively evaluate the safety,clinical effect,and the symptomatic changes of DPN comparative advantages to western medicine of the treatment of Cold Congealing and Blood Stasis Type Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy by modified Sanhantongluotang decoction,and Provides reference for the treatment of Congealing and Blood Stasis Type Diabetic Peripheral Neuropath by Sanhantongluotang through clinical observation.Method: All the 60 cases in this study were divided into 2 groups with 30 cases in each group by a random number table method according to the diagnostic classification criterion.Patients in both groups received conventional therapy.There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in blood glucose and blood lipid control.The Patients in the treated group are treated by Sanhantongluotang decoction(150ml,Po,Bid),while Patients in the controlled group use Mecobalamine tables(500ug Tid).After 12 weeks treatment,we mianly observe the scores of TCM,nerve conduction velocity,FBG,2hPBG,HbA1 c and blood lipid(TC,TG,LDL).We use them to analyzer the clinical evaluation and sensory quantitative check.Results:1.The clinical syndromes total efficiency:The treatment group was 90%.The control group was 63.3%.The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.The clinical symptoms:The two groups could reduce the clinical symptoms of the patients(P<0.01),but the treatment group was better than the control group after the treatment.3.Toronto scores:The two groups could decrease Toronto scores(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).4.The nerve conduction velocity:After treatment,the two groups could improve the nerve conduction(P<0.05).There was difference between the treatment and the control group(P < 0.05).5.The blood glucose:The treatment group can effectively reduce FBG(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group of 2hPBG and HbA1 c were controlled in stable level(P>0.05).After treatment,the control group of FBG,2hPBG and HbA1 c were controlled in stable level(P>0.05).6.The blood lipid:The treatment group can effectively reduce TG and LDL(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group of TC are controlled in stable level(P>0.05).After treatment,the control group of TC,TG and LDL were controlled in stable level(P>0.05).7.Safetly indications:There were no obvious adverse reactions related to the drugs in the Patients with the use of Sanhantongluotang decoction and Mecobalamine tables.Conlusion: Sanhantongluotang decoction has obvious therapeutic effect on the Patients with Cold Congealing and Blood Stasis Type Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy and can significantly improve the Patients’ symptoms and improve the nerve conduction velocitly,change the blood glucose and lipid.It is safe.The drug is worthy of promotion and research.
