| Objective: To explore ultrasound elastography(UE) in normal adult breast tissue of womenMethods: To choose the normal female population carried out health examination in our hospital from August 2010 to January 2011.Subject 41 cases.According to age, divided into 4 groups, youth group 11 cases (aged 20 to 30 years old), young and middle aged group 10 patients (aged 31 to 40 years old), middle-aged group 10 patients (aged 41 to 50 years old),older-aged group 10 patients(aged≥51). Using the UE to review the different tissues of the breast anatomy.Using the overall breast 5 score evaluated criteria to measure subcutaneous fat layer of the breast, mammary gland layer,chest wall muscle layer.Results: (1) UE can clearly show the different tissues of the breast anatomy of the elastic images, with 5 score semi-quantitative assessment, followed by its elastic score from small to big fat < glandular organ <wall chest.(2) Normal adult female mammary gland layer of elastic score was increased with age, while the fat layer and the chest wall muscle elastic scores are not subject to the influence of age.(3)Normal adult female mammary gland layer of elastic scores among different zones, except youth group,the elastic score of the central area was more below than that of the inner zone,middle zone and outer zone, the difference was statistically significant; while among the inner zone, middle zone and outer zone, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion: UE as a new ultrasound imaging technique, can be well judged normal adult female breast tissue anatomy of the hardness of different layered, semi-quantitative evaluation of breast tissue differences in the different ages. Objective: To evaluate ultrasound elastography(UE) in cystic hyperplasia in breast diagnosisMethods: Group (A group) 31 cases, the case group (B group, breast cystic hyperplasia) 31 cases, while, according to age, A and B groups were further divided into 3 groups, youth group 11 cases (ages 20 to 30 years old), young and middle aged group 10 patients (aged 31 to 40 years old), middle-aged group 10 patients (aged 41 to 50 years old). Using the UE and the overall breast 5 score evaluated criteria to measure different zones of mammary gland layer in A and B groups.Results:(1) In the youth group, between the healthy group and the case group, the case group of the breast upper outer quadrant of the inner zone, middle zone and outer zone score measured values were significantly higher than the those of the healthy group, the difference was statistically significant; Among the case group of the breast different zones,the score measured value of the middle zone was significantly higher than that of the inner zone, the difference was statistically significant, while the score measured values of the outer and the inner zone,the middle and the outer zone,the difference was not statistically significant.(2) In the middle-young group,between the healthy group and the case group,the case group of the breast upper outer quadrant of the middle zone score measured value was significantly higher than that of the healthy group, the difference was statistically significant; Among the case group of the breast different zones, the score measured value of the middle zone was significantly higher than that of the outer zone, the difference was statistically significant, while the score measured values of the outer and the inner zone, the middle and the inner zone, the difference was not statistically significant.(3) In the middle-aged group, between the healthy group and the case group, the case group of the central area and the breast upper outer quadrant of the inner zone, middle zone and outer zone score measured values corresponding with those of the healthy group, the difference was not statistically significant; Among the case group of the breast different zones, the score measured value of the middle zone was significantly higher than that of the inner zone, the difference was statistically significant, while the score measured values of the outer and the inner zone,the middle and the outer zone,the difference was not statistically significant.(4) Application of the backward method of stepwise regression Logistic regression multivariate analysis, the score changs of the inner and the middle zone were important reference factors.Conclusion: Evaluation of the breast with diffuse cystic hyperplasia lesions have a certain diagnostic value with UE.Provide one of fairly effective diagnostic methods. |
