| Objective To observe the clinical effect of scalp acupuncture combined with MOTOmed intelligent training on spasticity of lower limbs after stroke, and investigate the optimum therapy. Methods We collected 60 patients from the department of cadre acupuncture and rehabilitation of the first affiliated hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2019,who met the diagnostic criteria of stroke.According to the strict inclusion criteria and the principle of random grouping, the patients were divided into two groups: the control group, which received MOTOmed intelligent training only, and the observation group, which were treated with scalp acupuncture combined with MOTOmed intelligent training, with 30 cases in each group. After treatment,a series of indexes, such as the modified Ashworth scale(MAS),Fugl-Meyer assessment of lower limb(FMA-L)score,10 m maximum walking speed(10mMWS)and Barthel index(BI)score, were recorded and compared with before. Finally, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed scientifically.Results(1)By comparison, the general data of the two groups, including the distribution of sex, age, course of disease and type of disease,is comparable(P>0.05).(2)MAS grade: The MAS grade of both groups was reduced significantly after treatment compared to before(P<0.05).Besides,the difference of the reduction between the two groups was significant after treatment(P<0.05),which indicated the treatment from the observation group was more effective.(3)FMA-L score,10 mMWS,and BI score: After treatment, the three indexes of both groups were compared to before, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),which showed that the treatments of the two groups were effective. Moreover, the efficacy of the observation group was more obvious than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The scalp acupuncture combined with MOTOmed intelligent training for the treatment of lower limb paralysis after stroke can achieve good therapeutic effect, and the clinical curative effect is significantly better than single MOTOmed intelligent training treatment, thus providing a new reference model for the clinical treatment of lower limb paralysis after stroke. |
