In recent years,the quality of work and service of the nurses’ groups has largely depended on their work input.The impact of work input is extremely important,and the degree should not be underestimated.Therefore,it is urgent to explore the influencing factors that can improve the work input.The improvement of the nurses’ work input level has important practical significance for the nursing service industry.In China,the empirical research on the work of the nursing industry is still less studied.Therefore,in order to explore the relationship between the rumored thinking,emotional intelligence,work control and work input of the nurse group,this study understands the nurse group through various aspects.The characteristics of work input and its influencing factors accumulate more scientific data for the research of the work input of nursing groups in China,and provide empirical evidence for further intervention work.This study used the "Ruminative Responses Scale","Utrecht Work Engagement Scale","Emotional Intelligence Scale" and "Job-control Qestionnaire" to investigate 496 clinical nurses of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University,using relevant analysis,regression analysis,etc.The statistical method analyzes the relationship between nurses’ reactionary thinking,work input,emotional intelligence and work control.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)There are significant differences in the work input of nurses in gender,department,marriage,and children;there is a significant difference in the level of rumors of nurses in terms of marital status and the presence or absence of children,but there is no significant difference between different departments.(2)The rumored thinking can negatively predict the level of work input of the nurse;the sense of work control can positively predict the level of work input of the nurse;the emotional intelligence can positively predict the level of work input of the nurse.(3)Emotional intelligence plays a part in mediating between the nurse’s anti-sense thinking and work input;the sense of work control plays a part in mediating between nurses’ anti-sense thinking and work input.(4)Emotional intelligence and work control have multiple mediating effects between rumored thinking and work input.
