Objective: To study the effects of fastigial nucleus stimulation on autonomic nervous function in patients with coronary heart disease. The observed indicators included heart rate variability, heart rate turbulence, and deceleration capacity of heart rate. Methods: We collected 104 patients with CHD confirmed by the coronary angiography method in the Third Hospital of Mianyang and Mianyang Central Hospital during April 2018 to March 2019.All patients completed data collection. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number method,51 cases in the experimental group and 53 cases in the control group.According to whether it was acute myocardial infarction, the subgroup of myocardial infarction and non-myocardial infarction were analyzed in the experimental group and the control group. The control group was treated with standardized drug treatment for coronary heart disease;the experimental group was treated with fastigial nucleus stimulation on the basis of standardized medical treatment of coronary heart disease(each time stimulated fastigial nucleus for 30 minutes, twice a day,10 days for one course of treatment, total treatment for 2 courses). After 20 days of treatment,we observed the differences in HRV,HRT,and DC between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: 1.There were no significant differences in baseline data between two groups, such as gender, age, smoking history, body mass index, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),and the number of patients taking beta-blockers(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in baseline data between the two groups in the subgroup(P>0.05).2.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the HRV time domain before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the SDNN,SDANN,SDNN In,rMSSD and PNN50 were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the experimental group was increased more(P<0.05).The results were similar in the subgroup analysis.3.There was no significant difference in the HRV frequency domain between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The TP and HF of the two groups were significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group increased mroe compared with the control group(P<0.05).The LF and LF/HF of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The results were similar in the subgroup analysis.4.There was no significant difference in TO and TS between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the TO of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the experimental group was decreased more(P<0.05).After treatment, the TS of the two groups increased significantly(P<0.01),and the experimental group increased more(P<0.05).The results were similar in the subgroup analysis.5.There was no significant difference in DC between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the DC of the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.01),and the experimental group was increased more(P<0.05).The results were similar in the subgroup analysis. Conclusion: Fastigial nucleus stimulation can improve HRV,HRT,DC,and adjust autonomic dysfunction in patients with CHD.
