Discussion On Yin Deficiency Syndrome Of Reflux Esophagitis

Objective:Puts forward corresponding treatment principle and formula should be guided on the basis of the result of the theory to explore into the 60 cases of patients with meet eligibility criteria for clinical research,comparing two groups of patients’ TCM syndrome change and endoscopic improvement.Methods:A total of 60 patients with Yin deficiency syndrome of reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine control group,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with yangyin zishen prescription combined with omeprazole magnesium enteric-coated capsules,while the control group was treated with omeprazole magnesium enteric-coated capsules.The treatment group and the control group were set for 8 weeks.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,the scores of main symptoms in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01),while there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups had similar efficacy in alleviating main symptoms.In terms of TCM symptom changes,the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the total effective rate of main symptoms in the treatment group was 93.33%,higher than 76.67%in the control group(P>0.05),and the total effective rate of TCM symptoms was 86.67%,significantly higher than 46.67%in the control group(P<0.01),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in alleviating main symptoms of TCM.Conclusion:It has been proved that yangyin yishen recipe combined with omeprazole enteric-dissolution capsule in the treatment of reflux esophagitis with Yin deficiency syndrome can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,which has a high clinical application value.
