Clinical Observation Of Jianpi Pingni Decoction Combined With Rabeprazole In The Treatment Of Reflux Esophagitis Of Middle Deficiency Qi Syndrome

Objective:In this study,through the observation of Jianpi Pingni Decoction combined with Rabeprazole Enteric-coated Capsule in the treatment of reflux esophagitis(RE)patients with deficiency of Qi,collect and analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment scheme by collecting and analyzing the patients’ reflux diagnostic questionnaire(RDQ),gastroscopic effect of esophageal mucosa and TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine)syndrome score before and after treatment.Methods:70 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,35 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Jianpi pingni decoction combined with rabeprazole sodium enteric coated capsule,while the control group was treated with rabeprazole sodium enteric coated capsule,with a course of 8 weeks.After the course of treatment,the TCM syndrome score(including the main and secondary syndrome score and the total TCM syndrome score),RDQ score,endoscopic grading and score before and after treatment were statistically analyzed,and the adverse drug reactions were statistically analyzed.Results:1.TCM syndrome comprehensive efficacy: the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 90.91% and 67.65% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.Comparison of RDQ total score: compared within the group,the total score of RDQ in the two groups was significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.01);compared between the groups,the improvement of RDQ total score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.Comparison of curative effect of esophageal mucosa under gastroscope: the two groups could significantly improve the esophageal mucosal injury after treatment(P<0.01),The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.91%,and that of the control group was85.29%,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).4.TCM single syndrome comparison: in the treatment group,the symptoms of acid regurgitation,belching,epigastric pain,anorexia,epigastric fullness,mental fatigue and loose stools were improved after treatment(P<0.05);in the control group,the symptoms of acid regurgitation,belching,epigastric pain,anorexia and loose stools were improved after treatment(P<0.05)There was no improvement in mental fatigue syndrome(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the improvement of TCM single syndrome in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of total TCM syndrome scores: after treatment,the total TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the improvement of TCM syndrome total score in the treatment group was significantly better(P<0.01).6.There was no adverse reaction in the treatment group and 2.94% in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.In the aspect of TCM syndrome curative effect,Jianpi Pingni Decoction combined with Rabeprazole Enteric-coated Capsule can significantly improve various TCM syndromes of deficiency Qi syndrome,significantly improve the clinical comprehensive curative effect,and the effect is better than simple western medicine group.2.Jianpi Pingni Decoction combined with Rabeprazole Enteric-coated Capsule can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of reflux esophagitis,promote the repair of esophageal mucosal injury,and is safe and effective,which is worthy of further clinical application.
