Under the background of healthy China,the development of medical and health care emphasizes the strategy of comprehensively improving the health quality of the Chinese nation and achieving the coordinated development of people's health and economy and society.The standardized training system for residents as a health personnel training system to improve the doctors' professional quality,literacy of Medical ethics,and medical market competitiveness has far-reaching significance in the context of great health.In2014,seven ministries,such as the Health and Family Planning Committee of Guangxi Health Zhuang Autonomous Region,jointly issued the“Implementation Plan for Establishing a Standardized Training System for Residents”,which requires that the district's standardized training for residents be fully launched by 2015.At present,there are still some problems in the standardized resident training management system in Guangxi,such as imperfect system construction,inadequate financial investment in training,uneven conditions of training bases,imperfect organizational structure,lack of standardized training content,imperfect assessment system,and unreasonable structure of teaching staff,etc.The problem will affect the work mood of the resident standardization training students to a certain extent,which will affect the training efficiency.In order to prove and alleviate the phenomenon,the investigation team members launched the investigation.Objective To investigate the current situation and severity of occupational burnout of resident standardized trainees in Guangxi,to explore the main factors affecting their mental health and occupational burnout,and to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in view of the main influencing factors,so as to provide intervention suggestions for alleviating the occupational burnout of resident standardized trainees in Guangxi,and to provide regulations for resident doctors in China.The improvement of standardized training system can provide reference.Methods Through the literature research and collection of the official website of the health committee to learned about the development process of resident standardized training,related policies and regulations as well as the research background and development status of burnout.Secondly,using the Markov questionnaire and social support scale to standardize the residents in our district.Further investigation and research were conducted by qualitative interview method.Excel was used to analyze the recovered data,SPSS24.0 was used to describe the data,T test,Variance analysis,Regression analysis,Correlation analysis and Amos24.0 were used to construct the model of job burnout and social support.Results Multivariate analysis showed that health status,professional interest,resident training unit,Frequency of duty,monthly income,training seniority,gender,and marital status were the main factors affecting the three-dimensional degree of burnout(P<0.05);burnout The two dimensions of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization were significantly negatively correlated with the three dimensions of social support(P<0.05),and there was a significant positive correlation between low achievement and social support(P<0.05).Structural model showed that the standardized path coefficients of objective support,subjective support,support utilization and emotional exhaustion were-0.19,-0.77,-0.16(P < 0.001),and the standardized path coefficients of objective support,subjective support and depersonalization were-0.02,-0.84(P < 0.001),respectively.The coefficient of chemical path was 0.82(P < 0.001).Conclusions (1)The incidence of job burnout is higher among residents in 6resident standardization bases.(2)Demographically,professional interest,resident training unit,frequency of duty,monthly income,training seniority,gender,and marital status are the main influencing factors of trainee burnout.(3)The stronger the comprehensive strength of the training base and the more perfect the base construction,the less likely it is to produce burnout.(4)There is a correlation between social support and burnout.Good social support can alleviate the burnout of trainees.The intervention measures should be put forward from the individual level,the organizational level and social level respectively.
