Objective: To understand residents' cognition?satisfaction and its influence factors of standardized training of resident physicians,to find the problems,then provide a proposal to improve the training for the medical university.Methods: Using self-made questionnaire "A survey on the cognition and satisfaction of standardized training for resident physicians in postgraduates of clinical medicine in a medical university" to understand the residents' basic information,awareness,satisfaction of training.The questionnaire was performed by EpiData3.1 software,and SPSS19.0 was used for statistical analysis.The statistical methods included descriptive statistics,variance analysis,nonparametric Mann-Whitney U test,nonparametric Kruskal-Wallis H test,and progressive regression.Results:1.15.24% of the residents did not or completely not know the training objectives of all stages;15.24% of the trainees did not understand the training content of all stages of the training;45.71% of the students consciously had pressure,8.86% of the students consciously had great pressure.2.The average score of the practical guidance of the public subjects on the standardized training of resident was 15.55 ± 3.65,and the score rate was less than 0.6.3.28.55% of the participants indicated that they had not been able to rotate in strict accordance with the rotation schedule.88.64% of the participants said the department did not arrange the daily assessment of the situation.67.04% of the participants said the departments did not arrange out of the examination of the situation.72.85% of the participants said that the number of teachers can not meet the training needs.32.96% of the participants indicated that the department training was insufficient.4.The average score of students' overall satisfaction score was 38.17 ± 8.62,and the score rate was less than 0.6.The training content of the department,the understanding of training content,the implementation of the department's teaching activities,the implementation of the department rotation plan are the main factor of the overall satisfaction of the students.5.The scores of scientific research,clinical thinking,clinical practice and humanistic knowledge were respectively 18.56 ± 7.41,16.64 ± 4.58,17.22 ± 4.79 and 12.53 ± 3.87,and the scores rate were respectively 0.53,0.67,0.69,0.63.Conclusion:1?Most students' understanding of the standardized training were insufficient,and residents are generally under pressure.2?The evaluation of the practical guidance function of the public subjects in the training is not high,and the evaluation of clinical thinking and interpersonal communication is the lowest.The graduate school will,as far as possible,strengthen the publicity of public subjects,establish the importance and necessity of the training of public subjects and the results in the whole training work before the lecturers are taught.3?The training process is not standardized,the rotation plan is not strictly enforceable,the number of trainers can not meet the needs of the residents,there is not enough training in the rotation department,and the rotation department neglects the examination.The government should strengthen the practice of inspection to ensure the quality of standardized training.In view of the problems in the investigation,the government should increase supervision and strengthen the responsibility of all parties,to prevent the training and rotation in the form.4?The overall satisfaction is not high,and the trainees' awareness of the training,the pressure of the training and the training of the regulations have an impact on the satisfaction of the training.5?Students' clinical thinking ability,clinical practice ability,humanistic knowledge promotion is better,and scientific research ability is poor,among which the statistical analysis is the most weak.
