| With the continuous advancement of medical reform, our government has issued a series of medical reform policies in order to regulate the development of the medical industry, for which experts in the medical industry and academia have different views. Some people believe that the medical reform is an inevitable trend and a manifestation of the continuous progress of the medical cause, but some scholars believe that the medical reform is like a double-edged sword, which has both advantages and disadvantages. In my opinion, from the perspective of private hospitals, medical reform will inevitably bring new opportunities for development, but also make private hospitals face more severe tests.2017 is an important year for China to implement the 13 th Five-Year Plan of health care reform. In this year, public hospitals in China have completed health care reform successively, which makes private hospitals face greater competition pressure. In people’s minds, the status of public hospitals is difficult to shake, while private hospitals are questioned because of the low level of service and uneven quality. Therefore, for private hospitals,in order to survive in the fierce competitive environment,we must establish a sound internal management system, strengthen financial management, improve their competitiveness and comprehensive strength. The purpose of this study includes the following points: First,by analyzing the trend of the new health care reform and the current situation of the development of the medical industry in China,to explore the survival status, future development opportunities and challenges of private hospitals;Second,by analyzing and comparing the data of private hospitals and public hospitals,to find out the shortcomings in financial management of private hospitals in China;Third,to NXG hospital as the example. In order to improve the competitiveness of private hospitals, this paper studies the current situation and survival prospects of private hospitals in China, and puts forward corresponding suggestions in view of the financial management problems prevalent in private hospitals. |
