| In recent years,the public hospitals that serve the majority of people in our country have experienced rapid development in all aspects.However,due to the fierce competition from the same industry and the traditional domestic management concept,some hospitals have seen the increase in service fees and services Drug costs,prolonged hospitalization time and other ways to increase income.Therefore,in order to further improve the level of medical treatment and management in the hospital,in 2009 China launched a comprehensive reform of the health care industry,referred to as "new medical reform." The 13 th Five-Year Medical Plan explicitly states that by 2020,a relatively complete public health service system and medical service system,a relatively sound medical insurance system,a more standardized drug supply guarantee system and a comprehensive regulatory system,and a more scientific medical and health care system will be established Institutional management system and operation mechanism.On the basis of this,the general secretary Xi Jinping put forward at the 19 th large-scale report to further deepen the reform of the medical and health system with the purpose of "establishing an all-round basic medical and health system with Chinese characteristics",that is,building and improving the four major systems of medical and health care:Namely public health service system,medical service system,medical security system and drug supply security system.On the basis of fully studying and referring to the traditional related financial theories,the dissertation analyzes and studies the specific application of current performance management in public hospitals in financial management,and designs a new management system.This article introduces the research background of the current new medical reform,and discusses the current research status,to understand the current progress on this topic,and introduces the research ideas and research content of this paper.The second is a detailed exposition of the relevant theoretical basis of this study,including performance management theory,hospital performance management theory and the current performance management methods commonly used as the theoreticalbasis for this study.Thirdly,it is the institutional background and present situation analysis of the current financial performance management of public hospitals in our country to understand the status quo and existing problems of financial performance management in public hospitals in our country at present.Then it is the core part of this article,that is to say,for the construction of the financial performance management system of public hospitals in our country under the background of new medical reform,through the basic principles and basic requirements for the system construction and the requirements for making the evaluation system standards.Finally,on the basis of the above system requirements,Heze Municipal Hospital as an example for a detailed study to verify the results of the implementation of financial performance management system. |
