| Objective:This study used the self-determination theory as the research perspective through literature analysis,empirically understands the current situation of the creativity of nursing postgraduates in China,explores the influence mechanism of the autonomic support environment on the creativity of nursing postgraduates,and examines the multiple mediating effects of the autonomy motivation of basic psychological needs between the autonomic support environment and creativity,so as to provide theoretical and empirical evidence for the current nursing postgraduate education and the cultivation of creativity.Methods:This study used descriptive research methods in non-experimental study.A questionnaire survey is conducted among 216 nursing postgraduates from 16 nursing colleges and universities in China through questionnaire star platform and convenience sampling method.The research tools mainly include the general information questionnaire,the self-supporting environment scale,the basic psychological needs scale,the autonomy motivation scale,the graduate student creativity scale Using SPSS20.0 and AMOS22.0,the data were analyzed by descriptive analysis,Pearson correlation analysis,main effect analysis,multiple linear regression analysis and Bootstrap analysis.Results:(1)The creativity score of nursing postgraduates is(3.64±0.66),which is above the average.Among the three dimensions of basic psychological needs,the highest score is(4.11±0.69)for relation needs,the middle score is(3.88±0.64)for autonomous needs,the lowest score is(3.52±0.48)for ability needs.Mentor’s autonomy support and team members’ support are scored(4.25 ±0.7)and(4.23±0.73)respectively.(2)Autonomous support environment,basic psychological needs,autonomous motivation,creativity of nursing postgraduates show a significant positive correlation among variables(P<0.01).(3)The influence and intensity of autonomous support environment on the creativity of nursing postgraduates are as follows:autonomous support environment to postgraduate’s creativity(β=0.372,<0.001).(4)The influence and intensity of autonomous support environment on basic psychological needs are as follows:autonomous support environment to basic psychological needs(β=0.628,P<0.001).The influence and intensity of basic psychological needs on autonomy motivation are as follows:basic psychological needs to autonomy motivation(β=0.611,P<0.001).(5)The influence and intensity of autonomous support environment on autonomous motivation are as follows:autonomous support environment to autonomous motivation(β=0.450,P<0.001).(6)The influence and intensity of autonomy motivation on postgraduates’ creativity are as follows:autonomy motivation to postgraduate’s creativity(β=0.481,P<0.001).Conclusion:(1)Students show higher creativity when they perceive more autonomous support from their mentors and team members in scientific research.(2)Under the environment of autonomous support,students can easily obtain the satisfaction of basic psychological needs,thus promoting the internalization of external motivation and generating more autonomous motivation.(3)Under the environment of autonomic support,students will have a higher level of internal motivation,which will promote creativity.(4)The autonomy environment has a direct impact on the creativity of nursing postgraduates,and can also enhance the autonomy motivation by meeting the psychological needs of students,and then have an indirect impact on the creativity. |
