Functional gastrointestinal diseases are common diseases.The current treatment methods are mainly drug therapy,which has achieved good therapeutic effects,but patients are prone to drug resistance,high relapse rate,and high risk.Therefore,non-pharmacological treatment has become a new target for research.The existing non-pharmacological treatments are mainly divided into alternatives: one is implantable gastric pacing,which has a significant effect,but it is an invasive treatment;The other is body surface gastric pacing.This method is effective in treatment,but the stimulation parameters are single,there is no reference for the generation of parameters,and it is easy to produce stimulation fatigue.Therefore,this paper studies the system of autonomous feedback gastric pacing on the body surface,which improves the deficiencies of the above treatment methods.This research system is an intelligent system that integrates "detection-stimulation-feedback".The main contents of this article are as follows:(1)Non-invasive collection of gastric electrical signals and gastric impedance signals.A multi-channel detection system is used to non-invasively collect weak gastric electrical signals and gastric impedance signals.Because gastric electrical signals and gastric impedance signals are low-frequency signals,they need to be processed by amplification and filtering to meet the needs of later-stage circuits.(2)Improve the accuracy of stimulation signals.By decomposing and reconstructing the collected gastric electrical signals and gastric impedance signals,the state of gastric motility is determined,which provides a reliable basis for the generation of stimulation signals.Because gastric electrical signals and gastric impedance signals are non-linear random signals,feature extraction is required for time-frequency domain analysis.In this study,wavelet transform algorithm is used to decompose and reconstruct them.(3)Add music signals to enhance the randomness and tolerance of stimulation signals.The music signal is similar to the human stomach movement state and has a strong randomness.Therefore,superimposing the music signal on the peak of the stimulating fundamental wave helps to enhance the body’s tolerance.At the same time,the music can also reduce tension and make the treatment more effective.good.This study has realized the function of the body surface autonomous feedback gastric pacing device,which integrates "detection-stimulation-feedback",collects gastric electrical and gastric impedance signals through body surface detection electrodes,and decomposes the collected signals.Structure,analyze the corresponding parameters,determine the state of gastric motility,generate corresponding stimulation signals,feedback the stimulation results,adjust the stimulation parameters,and realize intelligent tracking treatment.
