The Current Situation,problems And Solutions Of Combination Of Medical Treatment And Endowment In City Area Of Jinan

Under the premise of accelerated aging process in China,disability,semi disabled population size enlargement,and the former pension model cannot adapt to multi-layered diversified requirements of the elderly.Combination of medical treatment and endowment is the best solution to the pension plight,that can meet the needs of pension service and medical service of the elderly fully.Jinan Municipal Government is increasing support to promote development of the model.Although some progress has been achieved,the model in which there are shortcomings is still in the early stage of development.Combination of medical treatment and endowment,that reflects health service is brought into service for the aged,is not a complete pension mode,but supplement for three pension modes in China.The key point of combination of medical treatment and endowment is the link of they two,which in social aspect have been developed after provincial government released a series of policies in 2018.However,the link isn't built yet in government.Combined the welfare pluralism theory and active aging theory,this article reviews the research achievement of the model at first,takes the model in Jinan as the object of study,optimizing the model and enlarging the scale as the mainline,bases on the development practice of the model,uses references analyzing,case method and depth interview,summarize factors that limit the development of the model,analyzes the cause from the government,marketing,social and audiences perspective,and comes to the path and the solution to the development.
